Terrible Company to deal with went back on an agreement after taking a deposit, definitely no thought given to the customer!! It’s seems they don’t like a negative review and have the capability of getting it removed!! Avoid!

We were looking to purchase a new mini countryman, we visited the 2 local Mini dealers Sytner Cardiff and Sytner Newport, we ended up leaving a deposit with the Cardiff branch and was told our mini would be ready to collect in a week. After chasing back and fore and constantly being lied to by the dealership manager, a month later we were told our mini was ready for collection. When we visited the Cardiff branch to collect we were told there had been a recall and they could not tell us when the Car would be ready??? I then spoke to Joseph at Thames Ditton Mini, what a difference, Joseph found the exact car we wanted, brought the delivery forward a month, constantly kept in contact with updates and restored our faith in purchasing a Mini. From the beginning to the end Joseph was brilliant and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a very good experience at Berry Thames Ditton BMW. I was able to test drive the car I wanted to purchase and Sheldon King was very helpful explaining everything in detail and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable.

Bought a fabulous approved used mini from Berry’s Thames Ditton on Saturday. It’s a great car and in lovely condition. Karl was brilliant from the first phone call to taking ownership on the day. Due to a long journey and care commitments Karl ensured we were able to test drive and take the car home on the same day, he really went the extra mile to get this sorted for us and I can’t thank him enough for that.

Exceptional service all round in particular the sales manager, Tom, couldn’t have been more helpful. Him and the rest of the team went above and beyond to ensure the handover was as smooth and exciting as possible. Can’t thank them enough. Would recommend to everyone.

I recently purchased a new BMW M3 from Berry Thames Ditton, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was greeted with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for the brand. The team made the entire process seamless, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable every step of the way.

My sales consultant, Michael Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable about the M3 and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I also met with Lucy Donnelly and Cameron Simpson, Business Manager and the team was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to find the perfect model and even arranged a test drive at very short notice.

Berry Thames Ditton broke the bonnet catch accidentally during the service, so the bonnet was partially open on the driver’s side. This was definitely not the case before the car went in for service.
When I tried to get them to fix it, they said that they had replaced it with a brand new one, but that the car was misaligned and may have had previous body work and so it had broken again.
After I expressed my disbelief, they then offered to try replacing it with another one again after a week. I had subsequently lost trust and thought it was unsafe to drive with just one fully operational bonnet catch.
I took it to a specialist BMW dealer instead, paid for it myself and it was sorted perfectly within the hour, which clearly demonstrated that there was no other issue with the car body work.
Incidentally, it’s a 21 reg BMW, the catch doesn’t just break with normal wear and tear.

The staff were all knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. We felt that we made the right decision based on all of the input that we got

Avoid this BMW dealership when purchasing a used approved vehicle !! They will lie and deceive you so as long as they make the sale. You have been warned !! No better than a dodgy back street dealer in my experience. (Sales person was Munem).

I am lucky to have Berry BMW Thames Ditton as my local BMW dealership. I have purchased several cars from here and always get my servicing and bodywork done at this dealership. Today I bought a BMW 840i. It was a good experience. The price seemed reasonable and I was offered a fair part exchange for my X3.
