This was such a great experience for me. I was looking to get my first personal loan and this was not the first company that I went with but they were one of three that I was seeing who would give me my best options. The first one called and was persistent but then it was almost like a bait and switch and I was no longer "qualified” for the loan I originally was trying to get. Best egg came in, no running around approved me and within 24 hours I had the money to help me to take the stress off of my shoulders. Very thankful that best egg was there to help me in my actual time of need and once this loan is paid off I will definitely be coming back again to do a second loan. Thank you for being there to actually help people when they really need it.

Application was straightforward, and they are very transparent on terms and payments. I really appreciate the financial tools on the site as well. This helped us navigate a medical emergency for our beloved cat right away, rather than waiting as he got worse.

Your customer service people are rude and interrupted me when I was trying to ask questions. First impression of your company was awful. I will not use your service. You should listen to all phone calls from every department.

It was easy to apply and I was given several options to repay my loan to find a payment that fits within my budget.

Not too hard or long application.Customer service great. Just confused where you get my credit score. Experian and other two are a lot higher. Then once you approved my loan my score with you dropped 10 points?????

Wish the $400 processing fee taken off the top was a bit more clear/noticeable when filling out application (MY ONLY ISSUE). Other than that Best egg is a great lender for those of us at the 650ish credit range. But if you have a good good credit than that price can be cut in half elsewere. Still gave 5 stars as this is becoming more common these days to charge so much in processing fee and than nail you on interest each month on top

The most easiest and hassle free process so far I experienced. I worked with SOFI and other companies and I clearly see the difference.

I applied for a loan that was not that much, and my credit score was enough to get the measley loan I asked for, however, I sent all the documentation and was told that they received everything and I was be hearing about approval within 24 hours. Never heard anything so I did a chat with a bot from the company, I asked if my loan would be approved, and was told I needed to call they required more information. I sent them all the required paperwork, and still heard nothing, so I called the next day, and was sent an e-mail stating that my loan was not approved. I didnot receive a hard inquiry on my credit report but instead got a bogus formatted e-mail giving me my credit score and the reasons at the bottom of e-mail. I just don't think they intended to approve me, no matter what my credit score was or the information they received. This company is such a fraud, they should be turned in to Consumer Affairs, with the Attorney Generl's office, along with the BBB. Their practices of approval are not for anyone to be treated fairly.

I have had a great relationship with Best Egg for many years. Easy and safe to use. Never have had any problems.
