I haven't a complaint, the process was painless. I had the funding in my account before I received thier email informing me I was approved. I paid off the higher interest CC and such. If you have an inkling you are in need of some funding to remove some stress from your life, take a chance, you never have to commit until you feel comfortable.

I have had multiple loans with Best Egg. My experience has always been great. However, on my most recent application I ran into a few snags in regards to proof of income. Luckily, the representative, Millie, was knowledgeable, patient, and super helpful. She took the time to address my circumstance and explained exactly which documents I needed to complete the application. She did not make me feel like a burden. She also told me to contact her early the next day after I had uploaded the documents. I appreciated her consistency and follow through. Whether I get an approval for the loan or not, I had to give her the appropriate recognition...thank you so much Millie! You're a Rockstar! Please give her a raise !!

I wish you all would make it easier for your loan applicants to access their loan funds after being approved I been trying to get to this site forever

While going through the entire process providing paperwork, plus some, my application did not get approved simply for an address verification. I provided extra paperwork because I do not have a bill for electric or power as it’s included within my monthly rent payment. After starting life over last year and moving out of my 13+ year home due to circumstances out of my control, this makes things difficult to reestablish data. I’ve been in the new home for over a year now. I’ve also been with my employer for over 18+ years so consistent income was proven. Thought this would be easy process. Now going to my credit union which I’ve used for years and should have gone to them in the first place.

These is terrible and fraud company there are collect information and finish there are want from me 100 documents and I gives already but there are denied without any reason!!!just trying sell us information!!!

For me its an excellent loan company! Been there when I need some extra money! Customer service people are very easy to get ahold of and right to the point on what I needed to finish my application. 4th loan though them. Couple months after you pay your loan off they may offer you another one!!
