I am a Taiwanese student. Listening has always been my short. In Taiwan, probably because these TOEFL online learning websites are full English, a limited number of people would use websites. As a result, most people spend a great amount of money on going to cram schools since teachers there would share feedbacks and techniques on how to get high scores, especially in speaking and writing section. However, the teaching materials of cram schools are not sufficient, which makes students need to buy extra reference books or download exercises from the internet.
Couple years ago, I spent nearly 100 USD on a famous cram school in Taiwan. To be honest, cram school is not a miraculous cure if you do not spend plenty of time in practice; as a result, I got only a 75.
