Ordered a necklace, an angel wing necklace with my son's name on it. May 28th as of June 17th I've never received the necklace. Never heard anything about whether or not it shipped tried to contact them. They won't respond to my emails. This company is a scam scam scam. Don't. Do business with this company.

Ordered a name necklace on Jan20,2025 have not received it or anything about as of today March 1,2025!SCAM,SCAM,SCAMIf I could give an 0 IT WOULD BE -0+0!!

I purchased 2 bracelets from this company on September 12th and have yet to receive any info regarding tracking, I have reached out a few times already and haven't heard anything back. Total rip off DO NOT PURCHASE.

Total scam. Take your money and don’t send a thing. Had to hunt them down for a tracking number and after three weeks sent one that did not work. DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered my sister in-law a ring with her child name on it for mother day. And still have not got it. I have email them 8x and get the same email over and over again that they will respond in 1-2day and I never hear from them. It been a month. I am reallypissed off and want my money back. The tracking number I got is not evin valid horrible......

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Impossible to get a response from these people. I order end of February and was told that I would receive my items in approximatley 7 days. It is now mid April and I still have not received anything. I have e-mailed them several times and never a response. The tracking # they gave me shows as invalid. I just waisted my hard earned money. And of course no phone number to call them. How convenient!!!!!

Communication has been poor. You pay for 3 day shipping, then, after you buy they tell you 5 day shipping. I've emailed customer service 3x with no response whatsoever. I can't even get a tracking number for my package. Lots of companies do what they do. Find someone else.

I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with this company was so awesome I feel like I should. My name necklace gets compliments everywhere I go and most importantly, it was super easy and painless to order and arrived super quickly. I am so happy with the product and especially happy with the service.

The shipping was quite quick given that it was coming from another country. I think the quality is very good for the price. I made the mistake of ordering the second monogram necklace from a different vendor and the quality was very poor. I returned it and ordered from bestpersonalizedjewelry.com the same day. The necklace arrived recently and is beautiful. It is a gift for my mother. She admired mine so I know she will love it! Thanks!

I ordered a monogram necklace for my daughter. When it arrived the chain was longer than I had specified. I emailed the company and Karen replied promptly that she had ordered a shorter chain to be shipped to me. I received the replacement chain today. I have no complaints about the necklace (beautiful!) nor the fact that they made good on their mistake.

I ordered a necklace right before Christmas knowing it wouldn't arrive in time and 4 days later ordered another and asked to switch the two's que space. Each time Karen qickly and efficiently answered me. I rec'd the second one right after C"mas in a cute box. We had given the receipient a picture on C'mas so she was thrilled to get it so quickly. I am amazed they can get them from Israel that fast. The other one arrived a week later and it is very pretty also. I didn't think these initials would look so good together but they do a great job of creating each piece. But now all the giirls in the family want one!! Absolutely would recommend BPJ !!

I ordered a monogram necklace for my daughter and when it arrived I was very impressed. It came within the window that they gave me, approximately 3 weeks. It was well packaged for mailing and inside the box was beautiful inside and out, really impressive. The company is in Israel and I did not expect to receive something that is custom made with specific initials as well as mailing time to be any sooner.

I came to this site via a shop on Etsy, in which I loved my order & had no problems. Ordered a monogrammed necklace for my recently married sister as a special surprise for the holidays with her new last initial..... Well, needless to say it JUST came, and obviously not in time for Christmas. I ordered well before Christmas; a WEEK before Christmas I emailed and inquired about when my package would arrive; Tried confirmation and receipt number and neither could be tracked via USPS. No response from the company. A week AFTER Christmas, I emailed yet again, expressing how I understood it was crazy around the holidays, but I simply wanted to know when in the world my package would arrive, as payment had been taken from my account a month earlier. STILL no response. I have a PR degree and work in advertising and all I have to say is shame on you for not treating your customers better, or even giving them the decency of a simple response!!!!! I threw out the 10% off coupon that came with it and needless to say, will be telling all I know to go through Etsy to other users.....AND, in the USA!!!!!!! After the package arrived, I see it came from another country - in the email it says international shipping 21 days, but coming in from a different page, I had no CLUE this was being made/shipped from another country. Just poor communication overall.

Too good to be true!!!! I was impressed w/ the selection & prices, but like I said... too good to be true. I purchase from ETSY a lot and have never run into a problem until now. I ordered 2 personalized necklaces on December 2, 2012. It is now January 5, 2013 and still NOTHING. I understood that they might be delayed a bit due to international shipping and it being the holidays, but this is ridiculous!! There was no hesitation to charge my credit card $50. I did email the company, and "Karen" was quick w/ a response unfortunately it was a simple "the order shipped, there is no way to track it, hope ya get it soon" type of reply. I would discourage anyone from ordering from this company... you'll never receive the order.
