They make extremelly difficult to remove an account. Require multiple emails and extra documents just to delete it. If you are banned everywhere just open an account on BetUK, I would like to be banned but there is no way to do it they want to keep you forever.

Bet UK's approach is quite disappointing as they're not releasing my winnings promptly. I deposited just £50 and managed to win over £1000. However, they've now suspended my account, claiming I need to verify my documents. After completing the verification, they informed me that the safer gambling team needs to contact me, but couldn’t provide a specific time frame. When I requested to speak with a manager, they refused. A customer service representative even accused me of making a negative comment on the live casino, which is puzzling since I didn’t play there. It feels as if they’re looking for reasons to withhold my winnings, especially since they mentioned they can block or suspend accounts without a clear reason under their terms and conditions, which seems unfair.
