Purchased this sofa from the Milan range late summer 2012. Very comfortable and good looking piece of outdoor garden furniture. May have to purchase a second one when funds allow as everybody argues who will sit on it. Rest of range in showroom lovely too. Customer service excellent and very helpful staff.

I liked the fact that there were a minimal amount of pieces to put together. However, I found the parasol cumbersome to put up. In addition, it seems to have a mind of its own - even when it is down it wants to extend.
I can't quite understand how to get it to work effectively. It seems that if I have guests underneath it when I extend or put up they are going to be decapitated. And when it is down it is hard to tidy away and takes up a lot of space.
I may just not have worked out the tricks for it yet and will keep trying but so far disappointed. If clearly I am doing something wrong I would really appreciate the advice.

... however, one of the branches was almost snapped off. As it would be too much hassle to repack and send back, we will fix it ourselves.

What a fabulously easy experience from selection of products to delivery. Would definately recommend to my friends and family. Great quality products packed and delivered with care. If only I had ordered more.

I don't think it is very robust. When I took it out of the packaging quite a few branches fell out - I've stuck them back but don't think they are going to stay put. I've put them on a roof terrace which is quite windy and exposed to the elements, so we'll see how long they last. I imagine they would look good in some sheltered and walled garden.

Items arrived on time and are of excellant quality. Would recommend any purchase to friends.

For readers who dont know the real meaning of serendipity, it roughly means a "happy accident" or "pleasant surprise"; or as someone once quoted..."to look for a needle in a haystack and get out of it with the farmer's daughter"

And that can be said of this company. The order was handled efficiently from showroom to delivery. On return home from the showroom there was a recorded message to confirm the order had been processed with a delivery date of the following day and a thank you, swifly followed by an e-mail with the same message. The delivery arrived as promised, at the time quoted, in good condition and the driver unpacked the order and took the packaging away with him. What more could you ask? 1st class.

Service was also 2nd to none. Very very impressed.

I ordered the cube set patio furniture online and soon after that I got a phone call to arrange a suitable delivery date. Within a few days my furniture had been delivered.

The cube set is good quality and just what I was looking for! It looks great on my terrace!

I have now had the furniture for almost 2 weeks and have it stored in my converted garage. Although not using the furniture I have tried out the chairs and they are very comfortable. Anyone that has been visiting over this time has admired the set. It not only looks expensive but appears to be of a very high quality. There is only one tiny issue and that under certain light the glass appears to have a slight 4 inch scratch, I only noticed this the other day when I was dusting over it and the sun ws streaming in the window. You cannot notice it from every angle so it has not put me off in the slightest - but as you have asked I just wanted to mention it.

In addition the customer service was excellent and I would certainly recommend your company.

Bought the Florence Patio set & Havana 4 set plus four plants for my static caravan in North Wales, just before Xmas '11. I found Beverley Outdoor Furniture on the internet whilst researching rattan garden/conservatory furniture.
As they aren't too far away from York i decided to pay a visit.
My husband and i were involved in retailing in York for over thirty years and i can say that the staff at B.O.F. are fantastic to deal with!
We were dealt with in a relaxed, friendly, very professional manner by everyone. The selection of product is excellent and we are absolutely delighted with the eight chairs we bought which are now being used and greatly admired in our conservatory.
They are just the right height for dining in or outdoors and are so comfortable that people don't want to leave the table for our lounge - neither do we!
Service like this is seldom available today, people talk about service but very few actually give good service.
I have and will continue to recommend B.O.F. to everyone i know but those who have used the chairs so far won't need any persuasion to shop there. They also have a range of medium and large immitation plants which are very well priced and i shall be caliing back there in a couple of weeks for a few.

Very pleased with the quality of the plant and quick delivery time.
Would happily buy from you again.

Excellent advise and support when purchasing garden furniture, delivery was fantastic all packaging taken back with delivery driver which was most helpful arrived within 2hours of purchasing goods. Cost was good and furniture of excellent quality. Only difficulty was finding the showroom, aware that it is a warehouse and majority of sales are done through the internet.

Fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble. I had my furniture delivered all the way to Wales really quickly. Was delighted with the quality of the furniture and will definitely shop with this company again.

The furniture is exactly as stated in the brochure it looks good and is really comfortable - I will be buying more sets in the very near future!!
