Beware of this salon …
This is a shared space salon business model, no receptionist or management presence. The stylists are independent contractors who rent a chair, you can find and book a stylist in their website however you cannot review them in r contact anyone if there is a problem.
To make an appointment you must give them your credit card information info which is not too uncommon. However, if the stylist misuses your credit card there is no one to raise a concern with.
Because the studio is there as a store front to bring in a constant stream of customers they have little incentive to act scrupulously.
My credit card was used to charge me for an appointment I showed up to but stylist was unable to render the service as she had someone in her chair for 20 minutes of our 30 minute appointment. When I left 23 minutes into our appointment I was charged a cancellation fee.
I’m working g through the dispute process with my credit card company but be forewarned. If you have a 4-6 hour service with bad results there is little chance for a remedy.
