Extreemly Confusing
There is no clarity around the plans at the site for purchase, I am not able to add an additional insured without calling and waiting on hold...
There is no information on my policy in online portal. Customer support told me I was on a student plan but NO WHERE on the purchase page or on the portal does it say anything about that. How was I supposed to know?
Customer support was not helpful. Very dissappointed and I will be cancelling my policy.
