I had an excellent experience with Beyond Polish! Before placing my order, I reached out to their customer service with a few questions, and they responded promptly and were very helpful. My order arrived quickly, and the OPI Gel polish I received was 100% authentic. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Beyond Polish to friends and family. Great service and quality products!

I love the colors and the fact that it does not take long to dry, and being able to have an option on the same color (matte or glossy). I am happy I found this brand cause I also get a lot of compliments :)

Scam. They placed a sticker over another polish that looked completely different. Return address was not from a business at all, it was from a house.

I ordered a specific color which I’ve bought many times before from other places. Always getting a beautiful neon pink. However, I was sold the same Make You Blink Pink by Gelish from this seller. It clearly was not neon and not pink at all! It is Lavender! When I called to complain I was told colors vary online. Umm no they don’t. What you put in the bottle and sell for $18 varies. I was told they couldn’t help me and basically to suck up my purchase! Would not recommend.

I love the colors! The polishes are always nice and not old. Shipping is fast and packaged so there isn’t any damage.

I had a small issue with receiving a lacquer instead of a gel polish, and the customer service department was able to fix my issue and send me a replacement within the week. Very pleased with the prices and the customer service. :)

Good company to purchase from. Originally I purchased a nailpolish but it got lost in mail. They offered a store credit and when I used the stor ecredit to purchase another nailpolish, thet transaction went smooth and fast.

Their products are fresh, their shipping is fast, and their products range from what’s newest and hottest, to what’s rarest, and hardest to find! Not to mention, very reasonable prices, and sales!!

I placed an order a month ago. I received defective items. I reached out to the company Beyond Polish
and was promised a replacement and it would be sent right away. The next day I received an E-Mail with no response just a Gift Card with enough money on it to cover the defective item. Upon further investigation discovered the item was no longer in stock on their site and no clue as to when it would be in stock. I want to know why I wasn't refunded the full amount of my bill? Paying for just the defective item which is no longer available and leaving me to pay more Shipping Fees and Taxes when reordering if I get to reorder is just really bad business. I had $7.80 added to my bill the first time around. So, you can bet I'm not going to use the Gift Card, and I won't be shopping with you ever again!! YOU RIP PEOPLE OFF AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!

The gel mystery box was fun. It included 3 gel polishes, 2 matching DND nail lacquers, 40 OPI gel removal pads with attached foils and plastic nail swatches in sets of 10 for displaying your new nail colors on a chain.

First, their shipping is super fast. I think I got my order in like 2-4 days after I ordered it. Second, I noticed I accidently ordered two of the same product a day after I ordered and when I reached out to customer service, they responded in like 5 seconds and updated my order . Super attentive, kind, and amazing customer service! When I received my order, everything was bubbled wrapped and nothing was broken or spilled. All of the products were as advertised on the website. Since they have sale items, I am also able to try different gel polish brands. So, overall super impressed with their service, order delivery, and everything. I have already placed a second order and will be using their site frequently from here on out. :)

Purchased two sets of polish from them I want to exchange it but can’t get anybody to answer my email and there is no working phone number experience very bad right now

Best customer service (I’m shocked, really). Most importantly, I was able to order products I couldn’t find elsewhere (like CND). Shipping is prompt (USPS sometimes doesn’t update the tracking in a timely manner, don’t be fooled - BeyondPolish ships very quickly, and delivery is on time).
