I bought 2 x perfume atomisers. Loved them at first, but after a few months they BOTH broke :(
When I reached out, the team told me that because it wasn't within 30 days they wouldn't do anything about it.
It's a shame that Beysis don't expect their products to last more than 30 days.
They also stopped responding to me when I questioned this. :(

Had such a brilliant experience with this company, customer service was extremely helpful and the product I ordered is wonderful!

My ‘go to’ gift! Perfect for teachers and friends (particularly those who are usually hard to buy for). The colours are true to those on the website and look gorgeous. The quality is great and lasts with daily handwashing, unlike all our other family drink bottles. The ordering process is always easy and I love being kept up to date with delivery. Highly recommend.

I love my coffee keep cup and water bottle so much I gave them to most of my friends for Christmas!
They look great, especially as they're personalised and come in a variety of shades.
The feature I like the most is the screw on lid that doesn't leak. Most keep cups leak unless kept upright - nothing worse than coffee sloshing around in your favourite handbag!
I've even had my filled Beysis cup in my suitcase with no leakage whatsoever.
Great products at a great price point.

I ordered some personalised water bottles for my entire family. They arrived a few days later as promised. They are incredible bottles and people ask
me where I got them all the time. Would highly recommend this product and company.

Last year a treated myself to the best drink bottle I’ve ever owned. Durable, leakproof and beautifully designed. I get compliments all the time. I’ve since bought them as gifts for family, friends and my kids now even have their own. Super fast delivery too which is always a bonus when ordering last minute gifts!

I purchased a few coffee tumblers for my friends during Christmas and they love it! It keeps my coffee hot during the day and it's fun showing off our personalisation to each other whenever we meet up. Definite recommend

Received a few personalized products for a recent wedding and I LOVE all of them. The water bottle keeps water cold for a really long time, and is a beautiful light mauve,the compact is the perfect size to carry easily, the clear little tote bag is perfect for my travel jewelry! Plus,the bride said that all the products were delivered fast with her large order completely perfect in every way. Top notch service!

I have been ordering from Beysis for over 3 years and absolutely love their products. I have always found their customer service to be exceptional (from ordering online, answering questions and always speedy delivery in lovely packaging). I have bought a water bottle that I have had for 3 years and is still my favorite, makeup purse and a gorgeous personal diary in Jan. All the products are high quality, last and have the most beautiful colours (my diary is the most gorgeous blue/green colour!)

The quality of the tumblers and water bottles are very low. after using it a few times, there are scratches marks and discolouration on the surface. On top of that, they don’t publish negative reviews on their website. This shows their lack of transparency and honesty. I don’t know how it can be followed up but this is really not appropriate.
UPDATE: IN REPLY to the shop comment: I received the replacement. I never said Im satisfied. The tumbler doesn’t keep the coffee hot. The surface doesn’t have good quality. It got discolouration and scratches only after a few usage. Same as the water bottle. I have even shared the photos with you. I did reply saying I am not satisfied. I put a review for the 2nd time and it wasn’t published AGAIN. How do you know you never got a complaint if you don’t publish negative reviews on your website?? That is lack of transparency. If you’re right, publish my negative reviews.
I advise against buying from this company. Save your money for a better quality product.

I ordered a phone case as a gift and I accidentally selected the wrong model, I realized of my mistake and wrote an email to them after 15 minutes of my order being placed but I never got a reply, and the I followed up with 2 other emails that also got ignored. I know it was my mistake but the email said that you could reply to the email so it was disappointing that I never received a reply at least, especially when the email says "Below is a summary of your order however if you have any queries at all, please don't hesitate to contact us via their email"

Service was probably the best I have ever received from a company. I didn't put express post through when I purchased so I immediately contacted the company, and got a response from Amanda who was incredibly helpful. My order was express posted that very same day I enquired and my order was received the next day. Wish I could give Beysis 10 stars! Amazing customer service

People in US don’t order this product if you have quick timelines, the website says 2 day processing but it takes 7 days processing + shipping extra. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from this company. On their website, they boldly claim that orders would be delivered within 3 days. I needed the item urgently for an event, so I paid extra for faster shipping, promising delivery in less than 5 days. However, the item got processed to courier 7 days later and still haven’t received the product, I’m unable to gift this for the event. Support mail is a crap still no response for the query sent 4 days before.

I recently ordered custom water bottles as gifts for my bridesmaids and I am thrilled at how they turned out!! Ordering online was so easy, everything arrived promptly and looked exactly like I expected it to. I am in love with the colour (mauve) and quality of these bottles. All of my girls were so touched by the personalised detail and I just know it's a gift they will use forever. Amazing product and service. Thanks Beysis!!

I recently just purchased the coffee tumblr and I’m absolutely loving it! It came super quick and looks super luxe, will definitely being purchasing more for gifts.

We ordered 4 Water Bottles. We ALL love the textural feel (think soft skin-like), they're beautifully lightweight and the colour palette is gorgeous (even for men - who chose the navy and olive). They are easy to clean, have an excellent mouth-feel (not too big or small) and they can fit ice-cubes to keep the contents supremely cold for 12 hours during the summer. Love, love, love. Service was excellent and they arrived promptly. Will order again.

Absolutely outstanding service and products! I have now bought 3 lots of personalised gifts for friends (& myself) because they are gorgeous and a great idea when you have no clue what to give some-one. The quality is amazing for the price and when the box that my atomiser came in was damaged from the postal company, Amanda from Beysis sent me *two* new boxes as I think they're boxes for the products are as gorgeous as the products. Beysis is now my go to for beautiful presents for friends & family. SUPER fast service too!
