As discussed when we spoke, free delivery is available on orders that meet a qualifying order value. Unfortunately, in this case, the order total fell below that threshold, which is why a delivery charge was applied.

We want to be clear that delivery costs are never hidden. Our checkout process provides multiple opportunities to review delivery charges before payment is made and the order is confirmed.
