I heard nothing from this company for 3 weeks and when I finally emailed them a week ago they never responded to me but I started to get emails and info on my informed delivery that the item would be delivered today. Unfortunately even though I Googled them before I ordered but I didn't dig deep enough. This company represents themselves with artisans carving out items such as the Crucifix I ordered but not until I started to get delivery info did I realize my crucifix was shipping from Hong Kong. This company is doing what is called drop shipping. That simply means they don't even have any products so when you order they obtain the product from Hong Kong to send. I'm very confident no one in Hong Kong is carving out my crucifix all from one block of wood. The product I received today is not horrible if I bought it from the Dollar Store but I paid $81 for a mass produced item that weighs only ounces. This is not even real wood. And the website is overloaded with religious sentiment that it's sickening knowing they don't stand for any of this. Thankfully I used Pay Pal to pay and they are refunding my money to me. Lesson learned I can't count on googling online and getting accurate info on a product.

It was advertised as two inches wide. It is less than half as much. Disappointed but not worth the hassle of sending it back.

I found this company a little over a year ago and purchased my first piece of art. I am impressed with the quality and the craftsmanship that goes into each piece and I was very pleased that it is of Christian values. I have shared some of the artwork I have received with others and they were equally impressed.

Chinese junk coming, taking over2 weeks to arrive.

Sterling silver ring looked nothing like their picture - 1 / 5 tops. The sterling silver crucifix looked nothing like the picture - 1/5 tops. The St. Mathew statue - 1 / 5- both wings arrived broke off and the staff was in 3 pieces. Shipping tracking was terrible. Wouldn't order from them again. Their online pictures are very deceiving!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered something and they charged me. I requested to cancel the same day after seeing their reviews of being a scam. I should have read first. They canceled my order but kept my $100. They have zero customer service and won’t reimburse you. Don’t buy from them. They are a complete scam.

The crucifix I received is definitely a cheaper version of the one in the images, as people have noted. It’s not BAD really, I am wearing it as we speak, but it is indeed false advertising. I reached out to customer service and was told to “contact customer service” so I see there’s a scam aspect to these guys. And of course, they’re in China.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from this company. Their so-called 3-day return policy feels like a complete scam — especially since they were completely unresponsive for an entire week after my purchase. By the time I finally got a reply, they refused to accept a return for items that were poorly made. The craftsmanship was cheap, the materials substandard, and the overall quality unacceptable. It’s deeply upsetting to see a company profit from misleading customers, particularly when selling religious items that are supposed to hold meaning and respect. I would strongly caution anyone from buying here — this is not a trustworthy business. Lastly, they refused to provide a prepaid label to return the product, so I'm actually losing money just to return these cheaply made products.

It is a pagan business organization that attaches pagan designs to Catholic religious items to mislead Christians into unrealistic beliefs outside the Catholic doctrine in particular. Their target is the United States of America because of the USA dollar value. American Christians, be very careful with BG Cooper Company. Buy from the USA recognized businesses your spiritual items. I recently bought from them crucifix that looks so beautiful on their website with the blessed Mother on the back of it but when the item arrived it was a fake piece of beaten up metal and it’s when I recognized a symbol of a skull on the foot of that crucifix. I placed it in my kitchen cabinet for a day while trying to figure out how to get it back to them and that night I witnessed a horrific strong foot step out of the kitchen cabinet touching down on the kitchen floor and the devil started to choke me up. I shipped that cross back to their shipment origin in New York where it came from and they have not refunded the $169.00 purchase cost of that funny poor quality item which would have cost less than $10.00 in the United States 🇺🇸. Simple advice to everyone who reads this true story! Don’t let anyone fool you that there’s a religious item that you can wear and it prays for you 24/7 as you do nothing. There’s no such thing in faith. Ask your self; why don’t religious items go to Heaven but remain on earth to rust and vanish? The only thing that saves a Christian is your own prayers on your knees and the grace you obtain by your prayers provided you remain consistent and maintain that grace in your heart, mind and soul in addition to keeping the 10 commandments. Back to this beautiful crucifix on BG Cooper website with a skull and image of the Blessed Mother on it’s backside, don’t buy this stuff, don’t bring it to your home. Jesus Christ was crucified alone on the cross and not with nobody else. The Crucifix/Cross of Jesus Christ is simple and HIS head leaning to the right of HIS Side and with a crown of thorns on HIS Head and the written Word INRI above HIS head on the cross. On this Chinese cross the word INRI is not there. Let everyone in the world 🌎 understand that in these last days as prescribed by the scripture; the Church is under intense attacks from the devil and his multiple advocates whose main goal is to mislead and confuse Christians.

THE WAIT IS TOO LONG. I RECEIVED A "DELIVERY" NOTICE AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERED@ i emailed for response and I'' still waiting. I wouldnt mind waiting for an order if you would be honest!

Took a little long too arrive. But beautiful craftsmanship and well worth the wait 🙏 they included a Saint Benedict cross for the wait also. Would recommend. Thanks :)
