Complain at your peril
The owner of this business does not know how to behave. As former customers, we now have to put up with his provocative actions - like turning his van in our driveway, knocking down a barrier and hooting his car horn at us in the street, because he cannot get on with us as neighbours. We are both in our seventies and would hope that elderly customers have not been in receipt of this type of childish behaviour.
