Official Staff Mocking Customers with "Womp Womp" - Total Support Failure
I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism from Behaviour Interactive (Dead by Daylight).
I contacted their support with a detailed feedback report, including 57 screenshots of evidence. Instead of a professional response, their official staff/moderators mocked my creativity and responded with 'Womp Womp'—a derogatory slang used to dismiss someone’s concerns.
To make matters worse, their support team is completely uncoordinated:
One agent told me to take my feedback to Reddit.
When I showed them the toxicity on Reddit, another agent claimed, 'Reddit doesn't concern us.'
Since January 22nd, they have gone completely silent (ghosting) for over 72 hours. They are ignoring a legitimate complaint about staff misconduct. This company treats its players with pure arrogance once they have your money.
Avoid their support at all costs. They do not care about players; they only care about silencing critics."
