Purchased a cell phone (over $200) When I received it many functions didnt work. It took 2 to 3 months before could get rma to retzurn it at my expense. When I recieved back it was not fixed and they didnt return the accessories such as charger. When emailed they said they would only return accessories with my next order. After dozens of emails they finally said been sent but of course never received and they wont answer emails. Keep away from them. There site deserves to be hacked. Maybe an option lol

i buy a e-cigarette from this site,and i pay 34 dollar for shipping fee ,3-6days express,but after 12 days ,they shipping my order,i think i can get it 10days at most after shipping ,but i am wrong,I trcak my order after 7 days ,they are still in beijng,i email them ,5 days later,they reply,tell us that my order shipped by air mail,i can receive my order after 28working days ,i pay for 3-6 days express ,they give me 28working day airmail,i ask Refund , 10 days later they reply,they tell us ,give me 18 dollar back,but many days after this email,i do not get the refund,45 days Passed,i can not get my money from paypal,because 45days,i do not get my express refund from bigboxsave.com do not buy from this site ,they are Robber

This site is either a scam, or really really unprofessional.
I ordered an e-pipe from this site, but got a bad feeling about it. I googled for some reviews, and didn't find a lot, but most that I did find was not good. Others claimed that this site didn't give back refunds, so I was nervous. I cancelled and hoped they hadn't withdrawn the money yet. But they had.
I messaged them about this and asked for a refund. They said I would get it, but nothing really happened. A few days later I made a Paypal dispute (I REALLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS!) and asked for my refund. He kept telling me I would get it in 3 days, and asked me to close the dispute. I said I would do so, once I had received my money.
4 days later he claimed he couldn't give my me refund unless I closed the dispute first. To me, this sounded like he was trying to scam me, so I contacted Paypal support, and they told me that this wasn't true, and in fact if I did close the dispute before getting my money, the money would be lost. The paypal support also told me what he should do in order to give me my refund, and I copy/pasted this into the dispute chat.
A few days later I finally got my refund..... but I also got an order confirmation from the site at the same time, as if I had just ordered ...

Either bigboxsave doesn't have a clue of what they are doing since they are screwing up orders, and doesn't even know how to make a refund, or they are simply just trying to scam people.
Either way, its unprofessional.
