Looking to Deny Any Claims
I understand the need for a proof of purchase but a lot of people paid a lot of extra cost for these eggs years ago BECAUSE of the customer service alone. I could have gotten a comado or vision or any number of ceramic cookers with many more accessories for a lot less cost. I thought I was buying the last smoker I would ever purchase so we spent the extra money, and here we are. It is sad and hugely disappointing that this is what your customer service has become. When the stack cover broke 4 or 5 years ago I called in and they sent one out that day no questions and now you are searching for any reason to deny. Guess I will finally get to try a Pit Boss pellet smoker, thanks anyway Green Egg.
