Avoid like the plague.. salesman do not know their job.. not the only ones unhappy on the day.. was buying daughter 1st car, finance in our name.. finance agreed.. go to collect car n sign paperwork.. chatting with girl told her how it was daughter's first car etc.. long story short she asked if car was daughter.. yes we replied.. to then b told sorry if it's for daughter we cannot give finance although finance was in our name.. at this point my daughter is extremely upset.. mumma bear not happy!! REFUSED TO SELL CAR.. question was, salesman new this information but proceeded with finance.. basically gave my daughter false hope.. not on.. if your expecting a deal this is NOT the place to go.. they will not budge on a sent n some vehicles over market value.. car was 13,700 but insurance quotes valued car at 9,750! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I only have the car for a few days. At the same time, I love the car. The experience of buying it wasnt that pleasant. The sales guy was fine; it's the insistence on additional items they wanted to sell, and the change of tone from making it an enjoyable experience to saying to myself, 'if it's not sorted within the next 20 mins, I im prepared to leave.' At the same time, I was happy to take the info away and take time to read and decide that wasnt allowed. I had to do it there and then. Even when I highlighted that I have a family member who would do the maintenance and has done so for every other motor I've owned, they decided to send the manager over to try talk me around and then to push the narrative that my family member wouldn't want me give him work. I won't be buying another car from them.

This was a 2nd purchase is less than 2 years. As this time, I used financing, the experience wasn’t that good. Been rushed a lot, ling waiting and most annoyingly, I was credit checked twice for their error. I was told, I would be given car mats but last minute the salesman changed his mind. Probably because of me not wanting to signup for those useless extra subscriptions. So all in all, my experience this time wasn’t very pleasant.

Awful- returned after initial visit on getting a price range for my car . On wanting to proceed this range was completely ignored and I was offered 20 % less for my car which was never justified. I wasted half a day and having spoken to other people that I know I can see this is not unusual . Have subsequently had 3 calls asking for feedback. Cannot underestimate how bad my experience has been.

Rubbish company and rubbish service

As a returning customer, I wanted to test drive 2 cars to decide which one I want. The sales man told me I need to come back once I'm already decided and sent me off to test drive somewhere else.
2 bad experiences: 3 years ago a ridiculously pushy sales person. I bought a car anyways.
A few days ago, a sales man who didn't want to do any work to sell. I'm probably not coming back.

Terrible! I bought my Peugeot 3008 march 25 the whole process was exhausting,we wanted a cash buy they kept trying to convince us to at least pay part of it on h.p and have a holiday with the left over cash! Ground us down to accept 36month warranty , a few days after we bought the car the lights kept coming on and alarm kept going off all through the night took it back they said they couldn’t find anything wrong but reset it and it was fine,a couple of months later with were travelling home from a weekend trip and the ad blu light came on,Smoked billowed out of exhaust ,ad blu injector neede replacing they paid for it under warranty,3 weeks ago ad blu lights came on took it to my garage and it needs a complete new exhaust due to a crack in the dps which is not covered under the warranty!! I have had to phone big motoring world approximately 6 times to see what was happening as they don’t actually call you and aside waiting for up to 45 mins for an answer they are definitely not full of charm! Yesterday I called yet again to be told the claim was being reviewed and I would has an answer by 3 pm! I called this morning and was the told my claim is declined no covered under warranty! I know have a garage bill of over £2400 for the replacement of the the exhaust and really don’t know what to do! DO NOT buy from big motoring world or DO NOT buy warranty so disappointed!

Great experience buying a car from Big Motoring World Blue Bell Hill. Phillip made sure I was well looked after throughout – from coffee and biscuits to even milkshakes, which was a nice touch. The car was prepared perfectly, clean and fully charged on collection.

The price of the car was very good however spending half a day in there trying to get out with the car too way too long. Also the selling of other products seemed to be a must even though I did not want them. They need to be more focused on time it takes.

I have booked for test drive with a car which has been sold and didn’t receive any notification, moreover too long to wait customer services to help

Came back for the second time after walking away disappointment. Gary went above and beyond to get my partner the car he really wanted that he walked away from for the right price. Couldnt ask for more and would come back in a heart beat if he was our guy again.

Blocked them the more calls on different numbers
Totally ridiculous!
Would never set foot in their dealership again

I don’t like soon has we has we got there we was put in front of a computer to look at car when we know what we was looking for then to have the drive down so we could have a look then we see the man washing the car that we was also waiting for to have a look didn’t get ask if we want to take them for a test drive we won’t be going back
