My delivery was slightly delayed (no fault of Big Orbit Cards) - received quick and friendly responses to my queries whilst waiting for delivery. When the cards did arrive they were in great condition and well packaged

Great customer service
They didnt have a card i bought so they let me know within 24h ans issued a refund for the card as well as covering the shipping costs. Great communication and resolution for if anything goes wrong. Cards also came in great condition and were shipped out very quickly.

Ordering to ship to New Zealand. Have done this multiple times over the years and always arrives well packaged and as described. I’m no expert but I’d say you’re probably pretty tough on yourselves when it comes to grading the condition, LP, MP, HP etc. some of the MP cards are often in much better condition than MP! Your wide selection of single cards keeps me coming back. Keep up the good work team

Would recommend but check orders on arrival
Posative - Great selection of cards at reasonable prices that are re stocked regularly.
Negative - Multiple orders received with incorrect cards, when issue was reported card was replaced. But consistent concern require meticulous checking of orders on arrival.
Postage packaging is basic and could be improved when shipping higher value cards. Most orders arrive in folded cardboard, no bubble wrap or card individual protection.
Customer service is basic regarding issue resolution. Don't expect much more than a sorry, keep the card sending you a replacement kind of response.
I would recommend using Big Orbit Cards but definitely check and compare orders to what you requested.

I'm pleased to hear that you would recommend using Big Orbit but am sorry to hear that you have had some issues regarding incorrect cards being sent.
We regularly assess our error rate and it is consistently below 0.5%, which is considered a good standard but it does vary from game system to game system.
As you mention, we are always happy to rectify issues once they arise.
With regard to packing, we use a method we developed during over a decade of business, the boxes we use are designed to take the damage so the cards don't, they include crumple zones at each corner and two layers of card front and back. We also send all cards in a grip seal bag to prevent water damage. We have close to zero reports of damage in the post in over half a million orders.

Not pleased with recent order
Always use BigOrbit when preordering before a release of the new Cardfight Vanguard set.
Was left disappointed this time round as despite ordering 4 of a card, paying for 4 of the card, I only recieved 3. The order paper inside had a "-1" written on it by the card's name on the list.
So they knew there wasnt enough and didn't process a refund of said card. It wasnt a massive amount of money, however the fact of the matter is I was still charged for something and that was knocked off the order.
Aside from that everything was fine.
