On 6 September, I requested a withdrawal from my account. Your website states that withdrawals take 7–21 working days to process. After waiting the stated time, my withdrawal was cancelled without any explanation.
I contacted your live chat support multiple times and was advised to submit the withdrawal request again. I was also informed that the new request would be prioritised. I followed this instruction and submitted another withdrawal request as advised.
As of 9 December, I am still waiting for my funds. It has now been several months, and despite repeated contact with live chat support, I continue to receive only generic responses with no clear explanation, resolution, or timeframe.
This situation is unacceptable. Do not use this site

Started getting more unsolicited casino spam emails which seems to be linked as a previous reviewer has mentioned a few of the casinos in one review.
I wouldn't trust ANY casino that gets spammed to me to play.
