You state every bike one your website is in stock. You don't have any stock. You send the purchase to a company in Florida, in my case, that hasn't had that bike in stock in a long time. I will never purchase from your site again. I have told all my biking friends about this experiance with your company so they don't need to go through what I did.

Product Not As Listed On BE
The bike on Bike Exchange was listed as “new, in box, with full warranty”. The actual bike was a previous rental bike from a shop in Florida. The only reason this is not one star is because the bike shop was very professional and understanding, and the whole cancellation went smooth.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this bike should not have been listed on the BikeExchange marketplace. We instruct all sellers to list only brand-new bikes, but this bike was incorrectly categorized as new.
As an online marketplace, BikeExchange syncs inventory and publishes listings on behalf of independent bike shops nationwide. We’re glad the discrepancy in the bike’s condition was identified and that we were able to issue a refund.

Ghost stock issues
Unfortunately, both, BikeExchange and the bike shop showed a bike as available and it took several days to come and say it was no longer available.

I looked for a particular bike on sale The only one available in my size was offered by bike exchange from a bike shop in Utah; they arranged the shipping I sent the money and the whole process was seamless and excellent; the bike arrived today. It took me exactly 7 days from the order to the arrival and pick up of the bike.

1st bike in about 40 years
New to mountain biking and did so much research. I was able to compare bikes and fitment all right here on BikeExchange. I chose the Norco Charger A2 size small for its equipment, upgradability, and price. My bike came from Ski Valley Bike, Board, Ski and Skate.
Luckily they repackaged it very well with extra cardboard wrapped and taped to protect my investment. Because someone at UPS on the other hand could care less. I only had one good scrape on the end of a crank arm. Not a bid deal because that gonna happen while riding. Minor assembly was required and I am riding now. Thank you BikeExchange for making this possible.

Didn’t receive bike for eight days after placing order, but I understand because it was the Labor Day weekend. Bike was exactly what I ordered and is a very nice bike. Very happy with the transaction.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! This company does not actually have the bike. They are basically a middleman. I was looking for a specific bike and found two suppliers. I went ahead and purchased the bike through bike exchange. A few days later, I was notified that the bike was no longer available. Unfortunately, at this point, my other option was now gone as well. So now I am just out of luck. So just be aware bike exchange does not really control the stock. It may not have the up-to-date information on availability. In many cases, this may not be an issue, but if you’re purchasing something that is low on availability, you could end up losing out. Better off buying directly from a retailer that is selling the product that you are looking for.
