I had a wallet of theirs for 10 years. I went to purchase another one as a gift and I didn’t like it at all (leather was thin/hard/and much poorer quality than before!) I started a return through the website and sent the wallet back. I haven’t received a refund and all of my emails to customer service have gone unanswered. There is no working phone number to contact the company. Do not recommend this company at all.

The bag I received showed some signs of wear and tear after only a few months of usage. Tried contacting customer service but they were unresponsive hence my concern not being addressed.

Love your products….but terrible communication. I’ve sent multiple emails to the customer service address and completely non responsive. Also sent an (authorized) return back and yet to receive credit or acknowledgement.

Everything was quick and shipped out quickly. Can’t ask for more.

Wish the bag had side compartments to store things like dental floss/q Tips to be completely away from other carried items

I always tell my friends to purchase their bags, wallets, and other accessories here since it is made of high quality leather. The design is also well-made, stylish, and made to stand the test of time.

Recently purchased a leather bag at Billykirk and the quality is superb! It is made of high-quality leather so it is really durable and the deisgn is super classy.

Shipped quick & received sooner then expected

The shipping was fast and the standard issue pouch is great! I have inquired about the commuter tote no.326 in Camo but have not received a response if it will be available soon. I’ll keep on the lookout for that bag! So sharp!

Unfortunately, the belt sizing seems to be different which may be an error on my part. But the exchange process needs to be improved. I had to follow up twice on my return/exchange and I’m still awaiting a confirmation for correct shipment. Great product but something is missing from a service standpoint.

The product does not meet my expectation. Although these is a disclaimer “Please note, Camo color may vary between fabric lots”, but the actual color is way different from the product photons shown in the website.

The recent tote purchase, I was a little disappointed. The fabric used for the tote is thin and the breath sling is a little too small.

I've been buying BillyKirk for just over twenty years: bags, wallets, smaller cases. I love their stuff because it never looks fussy or ornate, and it can take real, everyday, use. The quality and timeless style of BK products has been consistent over two decades, and finally, everything is made here in the US and holds up over time.
