False Shipping Claims
They gave me a false shipping claim when I contacted their customer service via their WhatsApp channel. I was told the order had been shipped and would arrive in 3 to 5 business days. That was on Saturday. On Thursday, when the order still hadn't arrived, I contacted them again and requested a tracking number. They told me they would send one "soon." Several hours later, I contacted them again and was told again that it would arrive "soon." I had to call their customer service number via 19858 to ask about the status of my order, and I was told that someone would call me back in an hour to provide me with a tracking number. Someone called me back and informed me that my order had only been picked up from their warehouse and shipped via a courier today, and that it would take another 3 to 5 business days to arrive, meaning they had made a false shipping claim the first time around. It was only after pestering them that I was to seemingly make my order ship in the first place. Horrible customer service. I don't recommend dealing with this shady company. Who knows if I'll even receive my item, if it will be the correct item, or what condition it will be in considering how unprofessionally they've behaved already.
