Great product & great customer service. My flavour of protein powder was out of stock after I ordered & would take time to arrive. I received a phone call apologising & offering me another flavour. When I said I just wanted my usual vanilla I got another apology & a promise of something extra in my order to make up for the delay. Sure enough a nice little extra product arrived. Bravo Bio Synergy

I had wanted to start using pre workout for a long time and finally got a gift card for Bio Synergy and heard a lot of good things online about them. Struggled to use the gift card but once I emailed in the amazing Dan had replied very quickly even on a weekend and got me all sorted and now awaiting my order. The customer service I received from Dan was the best I have ever seen! Service like that needs to be recognised and makes people want to buy the products to support an amazing company. All in all 100% recommend Bio Synergy! Thankyou Dan and the rest of your team.

I can't review something I have not received yet !!! Ordered on 19th December!! Originally thought 29th Dec so this is an even worst delay !

I ordered a while ago and paid postage but heard nothing and not received order

I got the tablets by using the Bella code so just paid postage. Arrived quickly and so far so good thank you.

I purchased the DNA kit a few weeks ago & decided today was the day to send it off to Bio Synergy.

I had a couple of issues that were not the company's fault but my own & sent a message to the
makeithappen link

I received a fast response from Daniel & then spoke to very patient/professional member of staff who resolved my issues with a matter of minutes.

Ive posted the package, so now l just need to wait for the test results to arrive.

Je suis client bio synergie et à 2 reprises j'ai reçu des produits ne correspondant pas à ma commande.
La première fois j'ai envoyé un mail pour lequel je n'ai jamais eu de réponse, et la seconde c'était le 4/07/2022 j'ai reçu de la créatine à la place du pure energy orange.
Sans retour de la part de BIO synergie, je ne suis pas sûr de repasser commande dans le futur.
