Bio-Synergy Reviews 

I took advantage of the Groupon deal for strawberry protein with a free shaker - the order and payment was made on 21st Feb - it is now 26th March and I still havent received it.

First they said there was an issue with the payment which went through Paypal the same day. This was 20 days aftewr the initial order. They said they would send product as a priority so would receive it a few days later.

10 days on - still no product - I call them and they have run out of shakers - 26th March - I received no notification to advise me that there was a delay and am still without the product I ordered a month ago.

Hopefully it will arrive this week after several failed attempts.

I received immediate confirmation of order and received my items within the expected delivery time provided. I am very happy with the service and the product and look forward to trying out more of their products.

The delivery for the product was amazing and quick - I only had to wait 4 days from ordering to the item being in my hands so no complaint there. A lovely email on applying and an email to thank me for my order. Makes me want to be a returning customer ;D

I had to wait longer than expected for my goods but I got an email to let me know they were delayed so the communication was also good.

My order arrived yesterday which was under a week from when I ordered it so very impressed. Everything packaged well. The drink has a very nice taste. Can't wait to see results

took 3 weeks to get my 1st order although was said 7 to10 days.
No confirmation email on 2nd purchase but arrived in 2 days so won a bit of trust back, i must say products were good .

Fast delivery and plenty of advice with their products. I will use this company again.

My only negative comment is about communication around purchase. If Bio Synergy sent confirmatory emails at each stage of the transaction everyone would be much happier!!

I didnt get an email confirming my order and then when I called the company, no one got back to me. the products arrived within the week and are fine

Placed an order on the 12/1/12 still not received it! telephoned Bio-Synergy twice over the last few days to look into my order, each time I was promised a phone call back, even checked my contact details but still waiting for my goods to arrive and my phone call back, not impressed!
Update: after a further phone call, the item was resent so did eventually receive it.

I find Bio-synergy to be an excellent company to purchase from. The items always arrive on time with no problems. The customer service is also excellent as they dealt with an issue straight away, no questions asked and was very polite to say the least and a efficient so If you were thinking of purchasing from this company then I would say 'there is no need to hesitate, just do it and you will be happy'.

Still waiting for delivery of my items :-(

I bought skinny water and cola - both products are fab, they really help me to control my appetite throughout the day.

Products excellent, offers excellent, bonus points excellent and delivery is quick and accurate.

I have placed in total three orders with Bio Synergy and all the products and prices were brilliant, there customer service is very helpful and quick to respond. Delivery was fast and well packed.

I have entered a few comps on the site too and won twice!! Looking forward to receiving prizes.

I haven't received any updates about my order, and no one from the company has responded to my inquiry. So far, I'm very unimpressed by the unprofessionalism.

Like the skinny water very much and used to buy from Tesco - but they seemed always to be out of stock - so started buying it direct
when there was discount - so this allowed me to buy more - so dont have to worry about being without it - delivery excellent. thank you Bio!

Good selection of healthy items. They arrive not long after ordered, and taste good... They made a mistake on an order of mine, but replaced it free of charge and forfeited the wrong items they had sent, which seems more than fair. They were helpful and apologetic for the mistake.

1st week in and the skinny protein is going well. Can't wait to start seeing some results.
