Possibly the worst thing ever created for password security, what a stupid idea this company created. It’s so bad I have to look them up just to give them the worst rating possible.

If i could give BioSig-ID negative stars, I would do it. It has been sh!tty for YEARS and YEARS yet it is still here. Makes you wonder who's palm is getting greased. Total garbage IT product.

Im, a Loan Officer and your program sucks. I kost 20 min every time ai need to sign in for my continuing Education.
Sucks

This is an ableist barrier to education for those who have any level of difficulty in drawing with a mouse or touchpad. It should be abandoned by the NMLS as I require this training in order to complete my license application and it is a barrier to me to continue in my career.

I have complained to NMLS as well.

Piece of garbage. This tech single-handedly is keeping me from renewing my MLO NMLS license. I cannot get the signature the same each time. I've taken photos of the original signature then tried to copy it verbatim. IT DOES NOT WORK.

Checking in again after two years. I am graduating in two weeks and out of all the joys my life has granted me my greatest celebration will be the ultimate joy of never having to deal with this product again. Fewer joys have entered someone the way ridding my technology of this garbage will bring me. I would soon rather step on a rusty nail and die from infection than have to deal with this parasitic program. The company is so braindead the only reason this does not have a full one star review is because they left a five star fully encompassing their lack of standard. The idea of "I created it, I think I did a good job, so now I give it a five star" is the most lobotomite, brain rotted way of thinking I have ever seen. I hope the developers see this review and rethink all the education that thought up to this. If I ever see you in public I will not stop until everyone in the area echoes the name "BioSig" please understand this is not out of hatred but rather severe depression caused by your program. If I had another chance to pick a school I would rather do assignments on paper than deal with this garbage again. You will forever be my biggest opp.

completely useless technology. Ready to spend hours drawing the same code over and over again only to be told it's incorrect? You'll love biosig.

I'm able bodied but I cant imagine if one had a physical disability. This technology needs to be abandoned.

I wish I could speak to the person who created this god awful excuse for identity validation, and let them know personally how much I abhor everything about their technology. This thing makes me see red and want to throw my computer down the stairs. This piece of trash has wasted so much of my time. Completely useless and garbage technology. Drawing a password? With a touchpad? The same way every time? I cannot understand what the person who made this was thinking to believe anyone could do that successfully and repeatedly. At this rate, I'm more excited to graduate so I never have to use BioSig again than I am to get my actual degree.

Biosig id

I am unbelievably frustrated with this company’s authentication program “biosig-ID”
Before I explain my frustration, understand that biosig-id will significantly degrade the user experience of any website or company that chooses to adapt it.

Biosig-ID works by requiring the user to “draw” a four digit password using your computer’s mouse, if the user is unable to precisely replicate the drawing, they will not be granted access. As a result, only the most geometrically simple pins imaginable will work (ie: 4444, using only straight lines to draw the 4s). In my opinion this largely negates the presence and purpose of authentication, akin to using “password” as one’s password. Oh and don’t try to use any digits with rounded shapes as the software will never properly recognize it.

In my case, biosig-id is used to gain access to an online classroom, requiring re-authentication with every login, before each session and during each module therein. I am reasonably confident in my ability to navigate modern technology as I have had a successful career as a biomedical engineer for over 15 years. This product misses the mark. Since I’m not much of an artist nor am I particularly coordinated with a computer mouse, biosig-id has made it needlessly difficult to access my class work. Thankfully, my computer mouse is still functioning after being thrown across the room in biosig-induced fits of rage, something I have never done before.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, biosig-ID has been the cause of significant loss of productivity. My studies are frequently interrupted, sessions routinely cut short, and I am now officially behind schedule in my classes. Its taken me over 40 minutes to author this one star review yet it is somehow a better use of my time since presently, I am once again locked out of my classroom due to the TERRIBLE biosig-Id authentication program.

Biosig-id is directly responsible for loss of productivity and should be avoided at every cost!

There awful authentication method is garbage and it made me quit the real estate business.

garbage product, the bio sig sign on technology used in NMLS continuously fails, worst system i have ever used.

It doesn't work. I've spent more time trying to use their awful ID program than I have actually taking the class it's meant to allow you to access.

absolutely atrocious software. Useless. Doesn't work with almost identical strokes and I have to reset my password every time I log in because it is so terrible.

it assumes everyone writes exactly the same away every single time.

Most horrible experience I have ever had. Was forced to use this for continuing education for my mortgage loan origination license and it was the most terrible experience I've ever had. I was ready to punch a hole in my computer because I kept getting the same error even though I was drawing the same thing every time. Completely useless

It doesn't actually create any extra security, since anyone could just fail and restart the biosig process. So no benefit, but I can't tell you how much time I've wasted trying to log in. You CANNOT expect a human to write the same every time using a mouse or a trackpad. Just the dumbest idea ever and terrible execution.

This is the worst thing about being a mortgage officer.

Abso-stinking-lutely HATE this software. Please listen to me - I'm using a mouse, the only means I have available at home office, and log-in is 30-45 minutes EVERY TIME. Including mandatory resets because I can't get it done in five tries. Sad that the only review here that isn't one-star is written by what looks like a medical company that sadly shares the same name and is trying not to get harpooned. :D Sorry y'all, I'm glad they treat you well but this product is awful. Multiple experiences, date on review only refers to my latest.
