Totally overreaching and overreactive.
We were having cash flow issues. We called NEWCO- no one called us back. We missed ONE payment. We tried to contact NEWCO BEFORE we missed the payment. NEWCO did NOT respond to our calls. When the one payment was missed, NEWCO immediately turned their lawyers on us- they were overreaching- made unreasonable demands and froze our VENMO and INTUIT accounts. When cash disapeared from those accounts, I had to fight to get an accounting, which is still not right. I am working to pay them off. I will NEVER deal with them again.

Our records indicate that this situation began after payments were blocked on the account. A blocked account is a breach of the agreement and requires us to take immediate action to address the matter. When payments are interrupted in this way and we are unable to resolve it through communication, we are ultimately required to escalate the account to our legal team.
Our approach is always to engage directly and work through situations before escalation becomes necessary. Following further communication and a review of the account, the legal matter was withdrawn, any restrictions placed on the account were lifted, and regular servicing resumed. Payments have continued since that time.
We understand that this process may have been frustrating and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred. We remain committed to working with our customers to resolve issues as they arise in a direct and professional manner.

When I applied to 8fig they gave me a consultant immediately to help understand what my needs were and how much I needed. When they offered twice what I asked for I was surprised. They were quick to answer any and all questions I had. They setup the repayment schedule to be flexible to what I needed no surprises or % of sales to pay back. The fee was fair for the loan they gave me.
