All I can say is WOW as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and hello. I was served by a member of staff called Grace, I poped into the shop for a pair of walking shoes and she didn’t half look after me. She asked what they was for when I was using them made me really feel welcomed and she was interested in my use of them shoes. She really took time and care when serving me and Grace is a credit to your company. I will definitely be visiting this store again and look forward to receiving this amazing experience again!

Shopped at Blacks store in Aintree. The young woman who helped us was both professional , helpful and patient. Great customer service and the items we purchased were very reasonable.

Sean was super helpful. He listened to what I needed and gave great advice. He was a pleasure to deal with him. I will definitely be returning.

Callum was very customercentric and patient while helping me get the right shoe size and trouser fitting.

Even though the size for the item was not in stock at the shop. The assistant was able to order me one for delivery at home in 3 to 5 days plus sorting out all discounts. Well done Grace !

I ordered rambler lined trousers ladies size 8 cost £39.00 and received an extra pair of men’s shorts cost 18.00. I rang customer service was on the phone 90 minutes to no avail. I had to go to a store the next day. Still no refund !!!!

Wanted to try on some new walking shoes. Callum assisted me and found the right half size I needed. Great service, fast and helpful. In and out under 15 minutes. Very happy with purchase.

Adam an absolute gem. Visited to get my daughter a bag. Adam spotted us and could tell we were clueless came over and offered his expertise was really friendly and informative thanks to him we knew what we needed.

Rang store to check stock availability of a specific item which Becky kindly put aside for me. On arrival spoke to Vicky who presented me my items and assisted with other purchases from the store. Both staff members provided excellent customer service. Great store

I called in for assistance in buying some new walking footwear. Vicky helped me select the right footwear and gave me some great expert advice to help me make my decision. Vicky was very patient (I had a 2 year old exploring the store too!) and gave me all the time she had. Really was 5* Customer Service.

Absolutely delighted with our last experience at Blacks Aintree. We were looking for some trekking equipment and Vicky was brilliant, not only by bringing us the requested items, but she was also very knowledgeable and the advice she gave us were very pertinent and genuine. The store itself has an enhanced variety of items with high quality and fair prices. This is the best combo for us to come back to this store: best products and best service.

Popped in to look at options for a new jacket. Didn't really know where to start but Luis appeared and was so helpful. He listened to what I wanted and came up with suitable options. Knew all the details about all the jackets and it became a very easy and quick decision.

I went in to buy some socks and realised there was a sale on most clothing. I ended up looking at the walking boots and trainers. Vicky asked if I needed any help. To say she went out of her way is an understatement. I asked lots of advice and she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest with the advice she gave me.

I was debating the price of a pair of Merrell Trainers and Vicky said that if I can find them cheaper else where, then they would price match and knock 10% off. I was sold instantly.

I’ve always shopped in Blacks as the staff are great but today sealed the deal for me!

no problem with staff they were great but since the item purchased had no packaging they stuck a security tag on the paint of the item that got damaged trying to remove all the glue. not at all happy
I know I will damage it in use but that's not the point

Great service from start to finish. Found a bargain, but couldn't get there straight away, so phoned and they held onto it for a few hours. Vicki was very helpful, carrying the item to the car. Click and collect would be useful.
