Didn't get the staff member's name but she was very helpful, without pressure, and as a result I got what I was hoping to buy! Very helpful and friendly staff. Good quality trousers at a great price. Changing room very small and could have done with a chair. Nice lady on the till who upsold some batteries at half price.
