Extremely fraudlent company. Please for the love of God do not buy anything from them however good the price is. They are trade as Juicers. They will send you something completely different than what you order from their website then refuse to refund any postage costs. Only buy from them if you are willing to pay for any return costs yourself even if the item is not as described or broken or poor quality.

I liked how my veggies blended, which is why I was happy to invest so much money in a blender. However, I am now heartbroken with the broken jar at the bottom. Hearing that I have to pay $139 to replace the jar is annoying. Paying $550 for a blender in 2015, only to have it break with no way to repair it other than replace it, is a waste of money. I had a Ninja before I bought a Blendtec, and it still works to this day. Mind you, Ninja is cheaper.

I had a blender jar from 7 years ago start to give me issues. I reached out to customer support and they were able to replace the jar for free within two weeks. I was very happy with the customer service.

Short Lifespan, No Support. Garbage after a year.

My second Blendtec stealth 885 blender stopped working today. I own a small juice bar they don’t get used that much and after 2 years they both stopped working. Seem to be only designed to last 2 years and then so expensive to get fixed. I would avoid this brand. Not worth the money (and they ain’t cheap).

Purchased 3 blenders, 6 jugs for commercial purposes. 2 blades broke, right after the 1 year jug guarantee expired. Sent the 2 jugs back to get fixed, as it lifetime guarantee on the blades to be told the bearings are broken and that's not covered. I have to buy new jugs. These jugs have been hand washed, everything going into them finely chopped. These jugs are terrible quality. Their lifetime guarantee is misleading. Stay clear from this company.

I was gifted a blendtec for Christmas a few years back, initially it was great. Then one morning I had a mango + jar bearing smoothie. They replaced the jug on warranty. Now it's done it again and we have ingested God know what contained in those bearings. They refused to replace the jar this time and offered to sell me one for 129 + tax + duty at the border. I suggest that a ninja or a Westinghouse would be a better appliance and much less of a hassle.

I spend a lot of money on Blendtec because I thought it would last me for at least ten years, but it didn’t, the metal part of the jar that connects to the machine is not functioning well, and too loose for the bottom part, when I turn it on, it makes extra noise, moves, and makes scary noise. Waste of money.

This a review regarding the UK distributor Bendtec UK. Ordered a £1,350 blender for next day delivery. Called when it didn't arrive, was told it would be a few days. Called again 18 days later, still no blender. They were rude, confrontational, argumentative and took zero responsibility. They sent me a crap blender to use whilst I was waiting for mine but after 20 days I told them to cancel the order and refund. They refused to refund my money until they received back the temporary blender they sent me which I didn't want in the first place which was worth about £300. I re-ordered from UK Juicers, got the same blender the next day and for £100 cheaper. If you're in the UK, don't use this company. I'm still waiting for my refund.

I have ordered the twister jar arrived wrapped in single plastic bag no proper protective wrapping to protect the expensive item during transit. The spatula, the red silicone part was filthy with hair on it on both sides and the gripper lid was missing so I have contacted the company through what's app and member of staff his name is Andy was making lousy and lame excuses...... Also he didn't bother to call me knowing that I have phoned and left a voice message on his answer machine! So I was texting all day back and fourth through what's app!!!

He finally came with an excuse which I have personally found extremely offensive! He texted me saying that there is a new member of staff and he is Sikh and he has lot of hair and forgot to put the gripper lid inside the box! I have replied back texting that this is not my affair to know if he is male or female or know the person ethinc race.... Also I have mentioned that employees should wear hats and gloves if necessary when they do the packaging and also they should be supervised... Andy first reply was that he agrees with me but then when I have mentioned that he shouldn't really mention race as is unprofessional and I find it offensive his reply was it was from his beard! How can he be possibly know and be certain that it was from his beard!

I've ordered the Twisted Jar from them, asking for the fastest delivery (which I paid premium).
They still used Royal Mail delivery and refused the refund/compensate.
When the package finally arrived, all the items were just in a bag full of holes, no box (like shown on shelves and websites).
How am I supposed to give this as gift, inside an Aldi bag? or should I use a trash bag?

Not acceptable for a company which, supposedly, offer premium and expensive products.

I hope to be able to return the item and I'll gift something else to my friend.

Once upon a time there was a best in class human cooperative firm that manufactured the best blenders the world had ever known. It was called BLEND-TEC (TEC has a numerology of 10 so that the name means Complete Blend in hidden symbology). And such blends were done all over the world bringing happiness, healing and health to so so many. The Past is the Present and the Future may be even better. It just so happened that some messenger (Angel) passed nearby to say "Thank You, you guys helped me reconnect with all there is". And he added "In a time where Technology is up to par in Ceramics manufacturing - you can make ceramics stronger and more durable than steel- and where Glass can be made so strong, wouldn´t it be amazing that you guys lead the change to non de-ioninzing materials in blenders. Yes! those materials that do not change the vital energy and electromagnetism of raw foods or any food for that matter (which plastic and metals even though Blendtec had these of the best quality did do and will do). You happen to have chosen the crash vs cut blending technology, a great choice by the way, and thus are best positioned to LEAD THE CHANGE. You have always led and others will need to follow. And the world will be made a better place, definitely a way more conscious one. To your big decision and investment: Thank you for being here Now. Cheers!"

I bought a blendtec 6 1/2 years ago. The first can had a problem with the knife and was exchanged without any issue. The other can cracked a few weeks ago, an obvious case of material fatigue. As the can was bought in Sweden I turned to the agent there who informed me that their warranty for the can was only 12 months, about 7 years shorter than what blendtec promises. I contacted Blendtec US in the hope that they would see the absurdity of this situation but instead I got brushed off with some nonsense about the right of each agent to have their own warranty. Warranty based on geographic location is a whole new schtik, a new corporate low. Considering that Blendtecs pricing is global and I payed as much in Sweden as in US, it makes it even more infuriating. I now have a blendtec that is absolutely useless and have two equally bad choices, retire the machine or buy a new (very pricey) can, basically rewarding Blendtec for their misbehavior. There are equally good blenders out there, sold by honest companies. We dont need to put up with this bs.

My experience with Blendtec customer support has been remarkably great. They have been friendly, easy to deal with, quick to acknowledge a faulty product and to replace it. They even identified and replaced a jar that was starting to fail while I was talking about a noise coming from the base unit. Very happy with Blendtec customer support.

This is company is basically a fraud. I purchased $1500 product, it broke within half year when I start using it. I contact them for a replace, they agreed and blocked my number. I still can not contact them now.

My blender stopped working after 4 years. Customer service was beyond excellent. They make a quality product but if something goes wrong they make it right. Called and described issue and the shipped me a replacement. Extremely friendly customer service agent.

Customer service is terrible, i purchased items well within my warranty and they refuse to honour it as the item is faulty. The quality of the jugs is very bad as they started leaking and making terrible sounds even though the jugs have not been used as much. I purchased five jugs which were not exactly cheap and after contacting the company with week of emails back and forth they agreed to sort it out however have now ignored me and refused to sort out the problem. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Awesome awesome. Excellent costomer service. Machine got bad. Called them. Extremely friendly agent. Just asked to send video of the blender. Replaced with new machine as product was within warranty time.
