I had a disappointing experience at the Notting Hill store, where a staff member told me to go to another location for a replacement, with quite a poor attitude.

However, my experience at the Westfield store was completely different. Arpit was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. She handled everything efficiently and made the process smooth.

I had a great experience in Bloobloom, Canary Wharf. The sales assistant knew the collection inside out, and was helpful in identifying frames that would complement my face shape and skin tone. I came away with a trendy and comfortable pair of sunnies that I’ve worn within the first 24 hours of purchase. Highly recommend.

Ordered a pair of glasses and had them for a month. The metal frame started coming apart and the screws on the arm were not able to be tightened due to faulty screws. Visited the Canary Wharf store where they told me they were not broken (even thought they needed to be sent away to be fixed) and that I should buy a new pair while they fix the old pair which I can then return and get a refund once I get my old pair back. Seemed a ridiculously convoluted solution that would have left me about £160 out of pocket. Instead they provided me a return box for me to send the glasses away and assured it would only be a couple of days. It took a week for my glasses to be retuned to me in the exact same condition that I sent them off. The frame was still broken, the screws were still the same broken screws and the only difference was that they had left dirty finger prints all over my glasses. I can’t believe the poor service and that they have packaged up a pair of broken dirty glasses to send me. I now have to return the glasses again and they are going to ‘investigate’ what went wrong the first time. The burden has always been on me throughout the entire process, which is ridiculous from a ‘premium’ branded company. I’ll be another week without glasses now and probably will receive the same broken dirty pair back. Will never be buying another pair of glasses from here and recommend no one else does

I was recommended by multiple people to go here. After receiving my glasses, something felt off. I was told they gave me a higher prescription and my eyes would adjust. My eye sight is not bad, I just need glasses for my laptop only, I felt that everytime I took my glasses off, things looked blurry which is never normally the case. After a few months of trying I went to specsavers. The team gave me a much better prescription, they even tested without me knowing the prescription bloobloom gave me, and when I said ‘wow this is lense awful I can’t see a thing’ they said this is your current lenses.

I feel bloobloom is a ‘trendy’ place and they don’t throughly ensure you have the correct prescription. My consultation felt short, and rushed. Sorry, just my opinion. Won’t be going back.

I had a really great experience this afternoon with Sajad and the team at bloobloom, Spitalfields. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sajad, who kindly helped me pick out a selection of frames based on my preferences, and he set them aside for me to look at once I was finished with my eye test. Huda was very friendly and professional whilst undertaking the eye test, and she explained the results really well to me. I was particularly impressed with the technology and the calm feel of the eye test room. After the eye test, Sajad helped me finalise the frame style & colour, and he was really helpful when talking through the final details. Having purchased the glasses, I then looked at some sunglasses frames, which one of Sajad’s colleagues was very helpful with. Once I decided on the sunglasses, Sajad updated the order to include these, and I walked out of the shop a very happy customer. Thank you to the team for all their help, and I’ll be sure to come back for all my future eyewear needs!

From start to end that was the most easy and personal experience. From the optician to the store clerks helping pick glasses, each step was carefully arranged and I was made to feel so welcome. I picked 2 pairs of glasses with the help of the store clerks and have been so happy with them. A great experience all around.

Honestly, hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The team at Bloobloom Canary Wharf were absolutely amazing, especially Abdul, who went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after from start to finish.

I was recommended this store by my sister and they did not disappoint at all. The level of care, attention and patience shown really stood out. Abdul took the time to help me choose the best frames for my face and style, offering honest advice without any pressure, which I really appreciated.

The store itself is clean, well presented and has such a welcoming feel. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. It genuinely felt like I was being taken care of, not just sold to.

Abdul and the team are such great representatives of the brand, exactly the kind of staff you want at the face of a company. They’ve set such a high standard.

I’ll definitely be back and will be bringing my husband next time too, and recommending to the rest of my family. Thank you again to the whole team!

My first in-store experience with Bloobloom has been great, Badereddine was very attentive and helpful whilst still giving me the time and space to make my own decision about the styles I liked. The store is stylish and the frames much more fashion-forward than other high street brands whilst still being affordable. I've returned to the store twice more to change my lenses and to buy a second pair (good discount available), the service has been equally good each time. Would recommend.

We shopped in the convent garden store today. Sarath Was absolutely fantastic! I had previously shopped in a different store with him and he is always extremely competent, friendly and amazing at guiding you! I would have not even found my glasses without him! I would not shop at the shop without him!

Abdul was friendly, professional, on the ball- he knew exactly what I wanted and offered me various price ranges. He also helped me with payment instalments making both my glasses and sunnies affordable. Dua at White City was such a sweetheart!! She helped me so much and found the same that complimented my face shape, and she was patient while I was trying dozens of glasses on in different shapes and colours. She also answered all my questions. Very nice and warm experience ❤️

Probably the best experience of buying glasses or sunglasses I've had! Abdul, who helped me, was super helpful giving me guidance on the right size, shape and colour of frame to suit me, he was really pleasant and I was delighted they had such a good selection of frames for petite faces.

Martin and the team were warm and friendly! Would highly recommend visiting the Covent Garden store.

Great speedy service & the glasses are fantastic

I ordered with Bloobloom to replace a broken pair of glasses. The sales assistant said it would take 4-5 days as my prescription is relatively weak. It’s almost been 2 weeks now and no updates. The tracker is just stuck on manufacturing without any follow up emails mentioning a delay.

I found out after researching, their glasses are just bog standard made in China. It should be easy to pop in two standard lenses (-1, -0.5).

Very disappointed, as they just left me hanging without messaging to say there’d be a delay.
