For a year Amazon has been using this company to deliver my packages (also named Postmedia). I’ve had nothing but problems with them getting packages on time and usually come at 8-10 pm which is ridiculous! I’ve contacted customer support more than 50’times and have yet to get a response to my queries. This week I’ve had packages that have been out for delivery for 3 days or more and I live in a small town! I’ve had packages from the next day delivered before 3 day old packages. They are super unorganized and vindictive when you make a complaint. By far dealing with them for almost all my packages is a nightmare!

I have had several parcels from Amazon delivered from these people. I think they do a great job. They don't always ring the doorbell, but I have a ring camera so not important. They do always leave my parcels as close to the door as possible. Totally impressed ! I would like to add, that I see many of these delivery drivers almost daily, considering how many parcels they deliver, and how many people complain, maybe take that into consideration. Most people don't bother to write when they have nothing to complain about, so obviously they are getting a LOT more right than they get wrong. Hundreds of parcels delivered daily !!

This delivery service absolutely sucks I Got a notification that my parcel wasn't coming in for another 4 days due to weather and the weather is perfect here and the parcel is an hour away from me this is ridiculous and I hope the company goes under they're making Amazon look bad

4 deliverys in a row went to the wrong address. Driver's can't read. Custom service sucks. I wish Amazon would get rid of them. Will go back to Canada Post, parcels arrive a bit later but they do go to the right address. Screw you BNI🖕🏻

Five attempted deliveries they said. All BS. I was home. Never thought I would support Canada Post but if Amazon can't use a reliable courier I will not place the order from this day on.

Wish there was a 0 on here they don't deserve one star. At 6:30 am On Jan 6/25 I was notified of a delivery. I took a picture as proof, the notification says delivered at 11:01 am it was 6:30 am so how could it be here. The parcel never arrived. At noon I had someone come to my door asked for me and said he had the parcel in his car for me. He lived at a number 34..but 3 streets away. So either the driver couldn't read or didn't give a damn where he was, any # 34 was close enough. Thank goodness the person who got my large parcel (a desk) was honest enough to find me.

Delivered my package to a new house that was vacant and for sale. The unshoveled driveway and walkway should have been a dead giveaway. What an idiot

Worst delivery service ever. Everything about this company is BS. BNI “attempted” to deliver my package then said they will “try” again the next day. Never did and never updated the tracking status. I live in a simple neighbourhood, easy to find, no gated community, the weather was nice, no barking dogs and I was home!! NOTHING should have make the package an “attempted delivery”.. it should have been delivered. Plain and simple. Why not knock on the door and leave it at my doorstep like all the other couturiers do! A week later, still no update, nothing. Tried to contact BNI several times and have heard absolutely nothing!! I contacted Amazon for a refund as I doubt I’ll ever actually receive my package thanks to the BS company BNI.. Will be banning this company from “delivering” any future packages for me. Hope this company crumbles.

Not only would I call this company not reliable but I would say they’re edging up to weaponized incompetence. One package attempted delivery half an hour from my town and the other an hour in the other direction. This is absurd. For the latter, you drove through my town to go an hour beyond to try to deliver my child’s Christmas gift to the wrong place. Is this even real? Seriously?

BNI is an awful shipping company. I also learned today that their drivers apparently cannot read. I left a largely printed sign on the door telling them not to leave the parcel on my front step. My delivery instructions also stated this…. What did they do? Leave it on the front step. Absolutely daft people working for this company. I live in sketch area and it’s important that those easy steps get taken to keep parcels safe. I thought that was just common sense?? Common sense ain’t so common when you’re a BNI delivery driver.

Zero customer service. Less than zero in fact. Canada post is actually more reliable, and that says a lot. It's shocking Amazon uses this company because all BNI does is hurt their reputation.

Keep delivering to wrong address and customer service is non responsive

Every single time this company is sent, temu, Amazon or any other that bought into their contract there are problems. Drivers dont care, dont ring the doorbell to see if anyone is even home. I have lost about 6 packages now because of them, and their lack of care. Now that it is Xmas time, any single time I see them on my accounts for delivery it means I am prisoner in my home... They rarely update their scans, drivers drop and run. Not one driver has cared. I confronted a few of them now, they dont care in Saskatoon whatsoever. I have read other posts by people in my city saying the same. I requested Amazon to stop using them on my account. If you see BNI, dont go anywhere lol.. wow!! Dont care to learn from their mistakes, and I stopped using one online company due to them. Not willing to be treated poorly because of asking for replacements or refunds because of them. Online companies start to think its the customer... video proves otherwise. But, it can really hurt the reputations of online companies that use this horrific service. Worst in the business, period.

Go back to your country if you don’t know how to do delivery…

If you can’t even ring the buzzer to drop off my package then you shouldn’t be delivering it at all…

Not like my 1 star is gonna do anything but still, this company is awful and always messes up. Whenever my package gets with them I'm disappointed.

Because my dog was in the yard barking, my package was tossed in my driveway and then he proceeded to drive over it and my front lawn while turning around. by the time my wife was at the door to get the dog he was already turned around and leaving.

BNI is by far the worst delivery system Amazon uses. Most of our delivery drivers that come are great BUT there is one older fellow from BNI that refuses to put parcels by the door and just throws them onto my porch its been an on going issue with him. Luckily up until this morning nothing has been broken, this morning he delivered 3 pkgs they were thrown as usual. I was sitting having my morning coffee when he threw them I just about jumped out of my chair it was so loud. One of the parcels was a UV light for my water well to keep our water safe. Well upon being thrown it exploded. After gathering up the 3 stewn packages we opened them to discover the UV Light had litterally exploded. Amazon was called they did refund us and gave us the number to complain to BNI. We did call they emailed wanting a video of the incident. Sorry not everyone has security cams I am in the country none of my neighbors have cams either. Sorry BNI not everyone lives in the big city with security cams up the ying yang with good signals to allow cams to work. I don't want this driver back but it seems BNI will do nothing about this as they'd have to take me at my work. The driver is an older man driving a light brown SUV I gather my description is not good enough. I'd have no reason to lodge a formal complaint if this incident did not occur. Every time BNi has a package there is always an excuse why it doesn't come. It's only 437 pm and they sent a message saying my door or driveway was not accessible at 617pm......Makes no sense and it's BS. Amazon needs to stop using these clowns.

Lose my company and never answer the phone to get this figured out. Delivery services are constant trash these days.
