During the entire process I was kept informed of progress, was given the opportunity to make a few alterations, and my bobblehead came out great! Well done!

Bobblecraft is unreliable. They were paid in full and I never got my product. Do not buy from them. My order allegedly arrived at JFK airport was being delivered by a shipper out of Linden NEW JERSEY on 10/29/25. When I went to track it, shipper said it was delivered. They were going to look into this, but I never heard anything more. I have lodged over 10 complaints and get no response.

I ordered a bobble head as a gift to my boss who was promoted and moving to a different location. The bobble head turned out perfect! I could not believe how much it resembles him from just sending a picture and i will definitely use bobbleheadcraft.com in the future!

I ordered 4 bobblehead couples figures of my children and their spouses. This was to be a Christmas gift. Communication was almost non existent and no proof were sent. One communication asking questions was not acted on. When the first 3 figures arrived only one was a bobblehead, the others were stationary. None of them resembled the photos. The last figure arrived later of my son and his wife. My daughter in law is a beautiful woman of color which the photos clearly show. The figures that arrived were of 2 Caucasion people. I was very angry and offended. I cannot give any of the figures to my children now. I cannot show the offending ones to my son and his wife, I cannot give the others to my children as they do not resemble them and I cannot leave one out. I have received a weak and unsatisfactory response saying sometimes the artists do not depict the figures exactly. This is utter nonsense. I am demanding a refund but as yet have not received any confirmation. I have ordered some from another company with much better communication and skills. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

Hi! Our friends are a newly wed dentist couple and they loved their dentist bobble heads - they looked like themselves and were so cute! I don't think our note from us reached them but we let them know it was from us, they were delighted! (Our inscription didn't make it, but the bobbleheads were so beautiful and they were so excited so it's okay! the company apologized and refunded me a smidge) . We enjoyed working with Bobblehead and their talented artists!

I ordered a custom couple bobblehead and was incredibly disappointed with the result. After receiving the proof, I submitted clear and specific feedback—like separating the male’s mustache in the middle and adjusting the female’s features (complexion, nose shape, etc.). Despite this, the final bobbleheads completely ignored the revisions and look absolutely nothing like the photos I provided.

The resemblance is practically nonexistent, and it’s frustrating considering how much time I spent providing reference photos and detailed instructions. I get that bobbleheads are stylized, but this was just sloppy work. It feels like they rushed through production without paying attention to the proofing feedback at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for something remotely accurate or professional. Total waste of money.

I received my bobblehead in good time. They sent me updates through the process. I am thrilled with the outcome and likeness to my son. First Christmas gift done and dusted. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a custom bobblehead of my dad in a baseball uniform, and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Very happy with the quality and customer service. The face-proofing process was personal and met my standards. My only complaint is that the shipping tracker the company uses does not give you an estimated delivery date. You just get a notification when it's going to be delivered today. But-- the product itself and process for receiving it was excellent.

Ordering and customizing was very straightforward. Customer service was prompt to reply to questions. I loved that I could review before the final product to make mi or adjustments.

Beware! My bobbleheadcraft.com experience was very disappointing. The head on the craft did not resemble the photo that well. In fact the hair on the crafted bobblehead was the hair of a caucasian male and the photo was obviously an African American male. Why would they ever put caucasian hair on the back of the head of an African American man? They never sent me a picture of the rear view of the doll's head. Now the Chinese company wants an ADDITIONAL $50 to send me a corrected bobble head. If it's sounds too good to be true....than it probably is. Really think this through before getting involved in this sham. Communication is very very slow and their responses are short and almost robotic. If you are on the fence with this purchase, stay in your own yard.

Sent a picture of my son and his wife at their wedding- Very custom- initially they were very close but had forgotten to do the long braid for my son's beard- the finished product had the braid! These artists do a fantastic job of recreating a picture. Very pleased with the end results!!!
