Even though I didn’t know the items…
Even though I didn’t know the items were on way (glad I was in) I was so happy! 3 days between order and delivery, unlike my 3 wks wait ordering same brand on another site. I also got 15% off with my first purchase so I saved nearly £90! It was a win win! Defo ordering again! Thanks

Great products and great service
One if my items arrived broken. It was a gift. A replacement was organised quickly and is due to arrive in time for my daughter's house warming. I have ordered several things from this company. The products are lovely and the service always good.

Fantastic customer services team and product selection
I saw some beautiful cushions on this website which were not available elsewhere. I bought them then realised they wouldn’t fit in my space. The customer services were absolutely brilliant in stopping my order before it was shipped and were very quick and responsive dealing with my emails. I will definitely buy from this company again.!

Perfect!
Arrived promptly and BEAUTIFULLY packaged in different tissue papers including inside product boxes to stop them getting damaged in transit with little handwritten note. Wonderful wares and beautiful attention to detail from the Bøde team.
