Regular chiropractic treatment is very important to me and I am glad I found this excellent team in Kent. I have been a regular at Bodywell for many years now, and am so pleased about the results I get. Dr Christian and his team are experts at what they do, and are always very friendly and helpful. Thanks to regular adjustments and deep tissue sessions, my back and neck feel much better than before, with less pain and more flexibility. Occasional laser treatments have also been very beneficial for annoying feet pain. The team help me stay motivated with exercise and general well-being, and think about my posture more often, which also helps.

Last February , to celebrate my birthday, my wife treated me to a deep tissue massage and health consultation at BodyWell. I'm into my 70s' and knew that I had upper body posture issues so welcomed the opportunity to have some treatment. However BodyWell doen't do things by half and I received a very comprehensive 'health' check literally from the top of my head to my toes. The BodyWell team have changed in the 9 months that I have been going for regular treatment but I always receive excellent attention irrespective of which member of the team provides my treatment.
I am already seeing positive results to my posture, flexibility and balance and look forward to more improvements.

I have been attending BodyWell for 2.5 years and have had nothing but excellent care from Dr Christian who has treated my back problems most successfully; from his physiotherapists who have helped with exercise sessions and laser therapy for specific problems; orthotics for my very flat feet; massage and muscle stretching by a team of well qualified therapists; and nutrition advice. This holistic approach has helped keep me fit and going strong at nearly 87!

I would like to thank dr Christian and all his team at body well as 3 weeks ago I was not in a good place. I have fibromyalgia which has made my life a very sad and lonely place for over 7 years. When I saw an introductory offer to body well I decided I would give a go with a chiropractor to see if they could help me. I telephoned body well and was asked a few questions and given a date. My thoughts were they would click a few bones in my neck and back and I would b good to go. How wrong was I, I had a full consultation, X-rays and a whole conversation about my spine and neck. I came back a few days later to go through my plan of action. In three weeks I have halved my extensive range of medication, I can sleep better, walk my dogs , get up earlier than my 10 o’clock routine, I can smell now and I am happy. I have learnt how to eat compatible to my own body, as I had a whole range of tests including a food tolerance test. I have stretching and intense massages which are done by his lovely team. My Partner has been seeing Dr Christian for three weeks. She has Fibromyalgia and suffered for many years with pain and mobility which has affected her quality of life significantly. Her medications are extensive and would affect her long term health.

The whole Centre exudes a high level of expertise and care. All staff are brilliant, always with a smile and very positive attitude. The treatment was really effective and has helped me regain full mobility for an old shoulder injury. They also checked my entire spine and identified a problem in my neck that was causing me regular headaches every 1-2 days. SInce starting treatment I haven't had a headache for 4 weeks! I'd gladly recommend anyone who has never had their spine checked to check out BodyWell first.

When I phoned to book the clinician was not listening to my needs, rather trying to tell me what was beneficial to my treatment that only suited the needs of the business, which I found to be rather manipulative. When I said I had a groupon voucher, suddenly they had no availability for 11 weeks, clearly they’re Chasing £££ over providing a good customer service. Further the guy was pretty rude .When I reported to them that groupon wouldn’t refund me, they ignored me. Avoid avoid avoid, shoddy “business”.

When it comes to customer service of any kind, I demand professionalism. This is why I continue to work with BodyWell. My back sustained a severe injury whilst competing in semi-professional sports. My wife and I wanted to find a specialist that embodied credibility, trustworthiness, detail orientation, and client focus. I've been working with BodyWell for almost a year now and can say that the team meets the aforementioned criteria. In all my dealings, the team members are experienced in their relative fields, are thorough and meticulous in their work, and clearly care about me and my needs. With severe lower back pain and having tried several chiropractic clinics, I went to BodyWell in Canterbury as I had read great reviews online. After a thorough consultation with Dr Christian which included X-Rays, Nerve Scans, 3D foot scans and a conversation about my medical history and nutrition, I realised this was the right place for me to be. It was established that I had a lower back disc bulge which would require me to have regular adjustments.

I have been very pleased with the progress. Dr Christian and his team have always made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked into the clinic. There is always additional advice on offer for those that need it, and I had many different options to help manage my pain.

BodyWell has a great team of helpful professionals. For a period, I saw Dr Tracy who offered a different approach to Dr Christian which helped me enormously. I also saw Luke for regular massages which aided towards my recovery.

Overall, I am very pleased with the help and care BodyWell offers and I would highly recommend them.

BodyWell is the best place I have been to in years. They have all the diagnostic equipment to identify the cause of your problem and solve it effectively. Once I got my spine and posture corrected, I joined the Physical Conditioning programme and have to say Rory is a real superstar! See you again soon!

At bodywell Canterbury the staff are Really helpful and friendly. Got a deal on a set of scans so had 3d foot scans and a full examination with an xray which found I could do with adjustments. I purchased Orthotics insoles which are really comfortable and make my feet arch in the correct way. I get regular massages and I feel more free and less tense.

Everyone there is so friendly and so knowledgeable about your overall health. Very insightful would definitely recommend

Going to BodyWell was a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service, they were well organised, friendly staff and always ready to help. I felt comfortable from the first moment I walked through the door and felt I was in capable hands from day 1. I had attended for help with a recurring athletics injury that was impacting my training ability and the Consulting Chiropractor was really detailed and informative about what was actually causing my injury and how my spinal posture was impacting my hips which was in turn causing my shin splints.

I would definitely recommend them not only for help with a single issue, but for your overall body health, as it really opened my eyes to things I hadn't even considered 🙏

My neighbour has been going to BodyWell for treatment for nearly 8 weeks and I have watched her health improve significantly. I have had neck pain, pins and needles and hormonal issues for months, so much so that it was disturbing my sleep and energy levels throughout the day. So decided to pick up the phone and from the very first phone call I felt at ease. The staff answered all of my questions and whilst they sounded really busy, were able to book an appointment for a consultation within 4 days. I went along and had a free consultation with Dr. Christian and then had some other diagnostic tests, x-rays, nerve scans and examination of my neck. It was fascinating but also a real learning curve. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. I felt comfortable and in comparison with previous specialist appointments, I felt I was in the right place and since starting treatment, my neck pain has gone and so has the pins and needles. I have noticed a change in hormonal issues and have also seen the BodyWell Nutritionist, who was excellent. The whole Centre looks at your entire health and not just the symptoms. They address the cause and don't fob you off with a prescription or pills, but update my GP on my progress. Really thorough and caring.
