bohobuffalo.com Reviews

EJ provides an excellent personal service. I got a photo of my hat to approve before she mailed it which was wonderful and totally unexpected. The quality and design of my hat is brilliant and can't wait to wear it.

I really cannot recommend Boho Buffalo highly enough. The product is of an incredibly high standard and the customer service and contact from Emma-Jayne is second to none! Thank you x

I was informed in a timely manner about an item from my order that could not be supplied, with apologies, reasons and offer of alternative item or refund. I quickly received the rest of my order which was dispatched the same day. As with a previous order, my items were beautifully presented and packaged with care.

Long time customer and every order is brilliant - my latest order of flares arrived quickly even though they were ordered over the Easter holiday. The fabric and quality are brilliant and even sized down in them which is always a plus. Can’t fault the service, quality, price and delivery from a U.K. small business.

Great service. Helpful fast service. The hat is stunning!

Speedy delivery, and gorgeous outfit!

The product, a leather bag, is beautiful, excellent quality. It arrived really well packaged so it not only felt lovely to unwrap it wasn't damaged in any way. Real care was taken.

Love Boho Buffolo! The service is always exceptional, whether online (prompt!) or at the stall when we catch them at C2C. Love the range on offer and will no doubt treat myself again in March.

My parcel arrived in good time. I paid via Apple Pay for two transactions and ended up paying for postage twice in the same shop which I didn’t mind and I got refunded one delivery charge without even asking which I thought was super lovely! The jewellery that I received was beautiful and well made really happy with my order and service will deffo shop here again!

Quick delivery of goods ordered then once opened up brilliant quality of said goods, one very happy customer
