You could be entitled to a boiler replacement grant!
If you are receiving certain benefits you may qualify for a grant towards replacing your old boiler.
To be eligible you must be a homeowner or a private tenant (with permission from your landlord) and be in receipt of one or more of the following benefits which will be checked by us during your call:
Your boiler needs to be at least 8 years old.
It’s possible that the full cost of new boiler will be covered by the grant, but it’s more likely that you’ll need to pay something towards it.
In the event you don't qualify for a boiler grant we can still help with a low monthly cost option.
An inefficient boiler will be costing you hundreds of pounds per year in wasted energy.
Boiler Grants is part of the Holmes Media (UK) Ltd group.
If you are receiving certain benefits you may qualify for a grant towards replacing your old boiler.

- Child Tax Credit + Annual household income is below a certain threshold (determined by how many people live in the property)

- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Income-based Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)
- Income Support
- Pension Credit (Guarantee credit only or both Guarantee Credit and Savings Credit)

Missed the call but when I called back I was greeted by name. Both the initial phone contact & then Helen were both friendly & polite, and the information required was gathered efficiently. Any questions were answered satisfactorily & a confirmation email arrived before the end of the call! Great service!
