Such amateurs
Such amateurs. They sent me an incomplete order and are now expecting me to pay for postage to return. Their return form doesn’t have the option for missing items as they probably think it doesn’t happen in their warehouse but it evidently does. Emailed them three times but all my emails are being ignored. Besides the fact that the order is incomplete, the quality is awful too.

I made a purchase in September but it wasn't delivered by veri the driver was called Donald he only left a black photo we looked everywhere for the package.
You later emailed me and told me it had been returned to you and asked me if I still wanted it. I replied yes but I still haven't received it.
I have always used bondara and never had any problems.
Could you please rectify the issue ASAP please
