I paid extra for next day delivery but…
I paid extra for next day delivery but they weren't dispatched until the next day. I then sent an email asking to have my postage payment refunded but my email was ignored. That's twice in a row I've paid for next day delivery and twice it's not happened. I will not be using your company again.

Great site
Great site, quick and discreet delivery, the product, well I got this for my wife and there are no complaints so far, it's not so easy to use, firstly you gotta figure out where the charging jack goes as they have moulded over it, and the operation is a bit hit and miss the two buttons seem to have multiple functions and you need to have a couple of dry runs to figure it out, maybe a set of basic instructions would be an advantage

Discreet and great packaging
The fact that my parcel is always covered appropriately makes it easier to order from Bondara. I just take my package inside without discomfort of anyone knowing where it is from and what is inside it. Love their attention to detail of packaging the products itself. Looks dare I say pretty sometimes lol

Genuinely a really great product. The head deffo is a struggle at first but after that, it feels comfortable and good so thats cool. I really do recommend it if you're looking for girth that isn't too extreme but still feels great :)

I will not be using the company again.
I would of returned everything but there's no point as per my initial preorder issues.
Three calls and two emails unanswered, so I'm quite confident that my refund will go wanting.
Three products of my order have failed to work properly or have broken already.
Within weeks of the orders arrival.
