They are a scam it said I was going to get my first 200 for signing up I tried to claim it and it didn’t work so I tried to talk to someone they said they couldn’t help me I’ve never had this issue with other games this one is false advertisement

Used master card to make a deposit of $30. My bank sent me a fraud alert, checked my account and I was hit with 2 pending transactions, as follows:

This is on a card I haven't used in 2 months! Obviously a problem with the card processor, and Bonus Blitz support is totally uninterested: tell me to call my bank and then they sign off. Maybe their not crooks...but they sent me to a crooked card processor and they dont care that their customers are getting cheated! Boo! Poor! Bad!

False advertisement. They give you a 200$ token then when you make 500$ they take it away and make you agree to accepting a measley 50$.

Just finished with the playthrough requirement and about to finish my KYC and any other necessary steps to withdraw my $50 max winnings. Will update my review after I am able to confirm the withdrawal actually came through. Many casinos try to scam you at this point in the process but these guys were very clear about their terms and conditions if you are a new player and joining via welcome bonus. I want to send a shout out to customer service, Alex Garcia and management for helping me fix a disastrous dilemma that I accidentally created. I play at several casinos and I get bombarded with email promos. Apparently I got one to a second email I have and not paying attention signed up instead of signing in. Big no no to have 2 accounts! When my deposit went to the accidental account I immediately reached out and Alex directed me to contact management who immediately fixed the issue and deleted the second account and transferred my deposit to correct account. I appreciated their promptness and understanding of what transpired. On top of that they have an excellent assortment of games to play and best of all payouts to crypto are extremely fast... within minutes! Thanks to all!

This company has games that exhibit regular errors and glitches and they refuse to acknowledge these problems. This is not consumer friendly whatsoever and i reccomend not using this casino. Even though I have provided specific examples and screenshot to support these errors, the technical support tries to make you jump through hoops that make no sense. There is not accountability, only avoidance and that is neglectful and irresponsible. No game is going to work without some type of glitch at some point and it is not reasonable to expect that if you are playing any casino or gambling game, real ir fake, that you should end up winning . It is however reasonable to have an expectation for games to be fully functional and operating correctly.

I found it odd that I received a promo email offering $200 no deposit to spend playing their games. So I had to go through the whole registration to find out the code 200 WELCOME had expired. I ended up getting 50 free spins on the game of thier choice.

Then the promo email from limitless same website layout did the same thing with thier promo offer their code had also expired. It seems a little odd that their sending out promo offers that have expired already. But now your registered and they have all your info. This practice feels sneaky and I won't be playing on their site just because of it. I have not experienced this anywhere else.
