My order was never delivered. I paid a high shipping fee ($15) and there wasn’t insurance for the package so i couldn’t file a claim with the post office to be reimbursed. Bonyli wouldn’t refund my money—their only support was to tell me to contact the post office. (Which didn’t work obviously) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS OR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG. Really disappointing.

Ordered December 5th, email stated item shipped. According to USPS tracking, label was created yet nothing more. I have emailed several times, keep getting same response, the package is on it's way. SCAM for sure. No telephone contact available......buyer BEWARE!

This company claims to offer clothing that's made in the USA-South Carolina to be exact. This does not seem to be true. I'm in NC & my order took 2 weeks to get here. My receipt & the packaging had writing that appears to be Chinese. Another issue is that the sweater I ordered does not match the one I received & their surly customer service person insists that it's what I ordered-in spite of side by side pics proving otherwise. You have been warned-do not do business with this company.

Over two weeks I ordered they charged my credit card and for two weeks all I get is a label has been created, but not in USPS system. i’m beginning to think this is a scam.

A friend ordered a sweater from them and got a piece of crap printed shirt! They then blocked her. Don't buy from them.

I ordered a sweater dress from this company to try them out. The price for their clothing is great and I was impressed with the quality of the dress as well! They have very interesting and flattering styles to choose from and I’ve already ordered a few more things.

Sweaters were very cute, nice quality.
I ordered in August, knowing I would not need them right away.
The order took some time, but Bonyli kept me notified on the back order of some items. Good customer service.

The items didn't fit and didn't look like the description. The customer service argued with jme for weeks because I asked for a RA number numerous times to return the merchandise and to get my money back and they refused to give me one even though their return policy states no returns without a RA number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY WITH UGLY CLOTHES!

The 2 outfits I ordered were the wrong size so when I tried returning them and asked for a refund of the $94.98 order I placed, they offered me $12. The products were also made of thin, cheap material & I am within the 30-day window for a return/refund. So far they are doing what many of these "other country" online retailers are doing by emailing back and forth making ridiculous offers instead of ethically providing return/refund instructions, a return address, etc. There was no return/exchange authorization form with my order so, thus far, this company is not above board and offering the return as they advertise on their website. I do not recommend purchasing from them.

I would not use this company. They state on their website that they will accept returns, but they refuse to accept a return on a dress that I ordered. The dress was thin and made from cheap material. Avoid his company!!

Bonyli is a reliable website, and you will not be disappointed; I got four dresses already, and I am a happy and satisfied customer. The dresses I ordered are well made and perfectly fit me. The fabric designs are gorgeous and unique.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Their policy states they will issue returns if there are issues with the quality of the items. When I attempted the return they offered $24 on a $180 order. I pushed and they ended up offering $98, but that was the best I could do. One star is too many. This is not a trustworthy company.

Dress exactly matched the measurements online and the fabric was high quality for the price. The delivery was fast, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

If I could give a negative score I would. They claim they are made in South Carolina USA but they are in fact coming out of Dubai. They say "Easy Returns" on the website but there are no returns. The company offers you very small refund for you to keep the dress to donate it. If you did get the authorization to return dress the cost to ship to Dubai is on you which is way too expensive. I have seen this same dress under the following companies which I would have to guess are all from Dubai and would stay away from: Valenio.myshopify, Duefe_fashion, Reyhy_Shop, Refyz_Style, Vyile_myshopify, Varyle_offical, nnesi_fashion, Kycoe_Fashion, Kycoe_Fashion, Elwya_Shopping, Dyave_Official, Tamym_Style, Pappy_Shop.

Fits great, material is light

Very fast delivery! Material is thin.. looks thicker on the internet. I can deal with it because it’s summer. Great for graduation parties! I will definitely order again.

Not able to return my order. They are unresponsive. SCAM.

Very simple to order and timely delivery. The dresses were nice but I would have preferred cotton…the fabric makes the drape different from the photos

THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM BASE IN CHINA. I SHOULDVE KNOWN COMING FROM CHINA HAD TO BE A SCAM!!! SCAMMING IS WHAT THEY DO BEST!!!!

The dresses I ordered were stunning when they finally got here. Their delivery is a bit to be desired. They say they are in the Carolinas but it too like 10-14 day to get to me once it was mailed. Actually contacted them and all I got was “It was shipped”. This was an unacceptable answer.
