Extremely flimsy and cheaply made…
Extremely flimsy and cheaply made especially for what you’re paying. I expected it to be a thicker plastic and was hoping it would have gone upto the roof
I understand it doesn’t go up to the roof but expected a thicker more sturdy plastic and for it not to be so flimsy as from the pictures it makes it look like solid plastic not flimsy floppy plastic

Hello
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the product did not meet your expectations. The material and dimensions are designed to match the specifications provided in the listing, but we understand that the thickness and height may not have been what you were hoping for. There are also many photos of the product on the website which show how the product fits in the boot space. The Carbo Guard is not designed to contact the roof lining as airflow would be restricted.
Any order can be returned within 14 days if in original condition but i can see no correspondence from you to confirm a return was requested. We appreciate your comments as they help us better understand customer expectations and we will pass them on to the relevant department.
Kind regards

Absolutely amazing company & dog guard
Absolutely amazing company, we bought a new car and wanted a decent dog guard. We've had black bar ones before, and not good for driving, then BOOT BUDDY popped up, and the rest is history:) , these dog boot guards are amazing, clear to see through, perfect fit for our new car, along with straps etc , customer service was spot on ! They were happy to help in every way !!! Very highly recommend, my friends are also looking into these dog guards , and for driving there clear as a bell, we got extra with our, and had paw prints cut out which looks so cute, thankyou to everyone who helped , WE LOVE IT 🐾

Great product and fitted like a glove
I was struggling to find a supplier who had the correct boot liner as my car was a new model.
Having emailed Boot Buddy they responded quickly and an order was placed.
I was slightly concerned when the liner turned up as it was rolled up despite being fairly rigid plastic. I needn’t of been worried, it fits like a glove and I am now thinking about changing the liner in my other car

Great product
Bought to keep dog hair in the boot to a minimum. It works well enough, but isn't perfect. The gaps at either side of the boot buddy are dog hair trap zones. The product is a bit fiddly to put together, but once assembled, it is strong enough to be taken in and out. Overall a great product.

Excellent supply of Carbo Guard, Versaliner and Tailgate Guard
I bought the Carbo Guard, Versaliner and Tailgate Guard all in one. The Carbo Guard was an absolutely perfect fit and since we got everything installed even our squiggly tiny terrier has given up trying to squeeze past it!
The Versaliner fits absolutely perfectly in my slightly odd-shaped boot. The real test of their quality came with the Tailgate Guard which didn't fit quite right, so after a few messages I was called by their customer services manager Christel who had just the right blend of soft skills and technical knowledge for us to work out a solution which they made really quickly and which came through in the post the next day! I genuinely couldn't have asked for more from the company, and I recommend them very highly indeed 👍👍👍

Perfect fit Boot Buddy
The boot buddy is perfect for my Range Rover Sport. The order process was easy and only took a few weeks to make. Arrived in great packaging and fits exactly in my boot. The quality is excellent and my dogs feel extremely safe while standing in it. Definitely would recommend for any car, as they are made to order.
