Just started using them. Coming up to my first year in business and needed help and advice. They have been great, keeping me updated with regular phone calls and emails and letting me know what I need to give them and when.

I have recently signed up with Boox and the help they have given my thus far with the setting up of my company has been breath "takingly" good. They have been easy to work with, enthusiastic, reassuring and appear knowledgeable. I have no reason to doubt that their help in the running of my company would not be to the same high standard. It is for this reason I look forward to it rather than am worried about it, I can honestly say I would not have managed this far without their help and guidance.

I have come to interim working a little late in life so having the support my Boox accountant has been particularly important to me. My Boox accountant has shown infinite patience ;guiding me through the online system, which I found very straightforward and user friendly. But where my dedicated accountant came into his own, and when I found the service to provide real value for money was when there was problems resulting from errors in agency payments.. Boox have been excellent; alerting me to problems highlighted during regular financial health checks my accountant provided the invoiced evidence to demonstrate missed payments which allowed the agency to quickly correct and pay outstanding accounts. Thanks Boox and thanks Michal for going the extra mile, and continuing to providing an excellent service.

Cannot complain about anything, all went as expected, only the bit about the cost of accountancy and all thats included was skipped, but thats being sorted! :-p

I opened my business as LTD this August and I had never before experience working by myself. The Boox system is efficient and very easy to use even for me ! The accountant always replies the same day, helps complete forms and gives advice. Overall worth the £95 per month for accounting. I'm happy, my business is taken care of and the invoicing system looks professional. Highly recommend them !

Since joining Boox I can honestly say it is simply no longer a worry for me. They helped me set up my business from stratch. I was allocated my own accountant Rory and he is always on hand to support me with any confusing letters from HMRC. I use the app to file my invoices every week (and for me to do it with no difficulties it has to be straightforward). I literally have experienced no difficulties. Boox is a seamless service and I highly recommend them.

Decided to set up a limited company working for Jagaurlandrover and was recommended to Boox.

Didnt know what to expect, was I going to be talking to somebody who would baffle me with words-No was the answer. A friendly atmosphere as I was taken through the whole process.
A big strain taken away thinking it was going to hard work-everybody Ive spoken to in Boox very helpful nothing was to small-even when I asked some simple questions.
You get your own accountant a person you can get hold of and ask questions knowing you would get a simple reply.
Would recommend them to anybody thinking of setting up in Business as they take the strain-you dont feel the pain.

I've only been working with Boox for a short while to support my business but I have to say the experience that I've had so far has exceeded my expectations. Boox seem to blend the human element of interaction with customers and the technology element fantastically well... My accountant at Boox is extremely responsive and helpful, and the Software I use has a great interface and is mobile friendly - which means I keep on top of everything which would ordinarily slide down my priority list.

I'd happily recommend boox to my contractors and any other small business looking for an Accountant.

Great software, great online help, friendly staff

Only been with Boox for a few days but up to now the whole process has been very smooth and efficient. The app is excellent and very easy to use. Boox have come highly recommended by my colleagues, and so far so good for me as well

I have only recently joined Boox but so far everything seems to be running smoothly. There is always somebody on hand if I need to contact someone. The free tablet made me feel better about paying the fees, even though they are already competitive! :-)

Smooth set up. All staff very helpful. Quick at responding to queries would recommend.

The Accountant is very helpful and always available to answer any queries.

I am very impressed with the initial service being offered by BOOX in relation to my business. Looking forward to a good working partnership in the future.

I recently started up my limited company with Boox, but I am a littal disappointed in the service that is provided.
When you try to get help on the phone ,it is almost imposable to get an answer, regarding your enquiry.

very friendly, very responsive so far and very little delay in responding to queries etc so far- fingers crossed they maintain this high standard

Boox was recommended to me by the agency I was contracting for.
Boox advised me and thoroughly explained all that was required to start as a PLC.
They remained in regular contact at all times and we're only ever a phone call or email away if I needed to ask yet another question.
Their app is very simple to use and understand and was perfect for my needs.
I would be happy to recommend Boox for contractor or PLC.

Website is very user friendly but for me its always difficult to get hold of my dedicated accountant, respond might take several days and follow up email required
