Very disappointing product quality and unfair return policy
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
The website creates a sense of urgency by claiming that a discount is only available for a limited time. However, the same discount continued to appear after the countdown expired, which I found misleading.
I purchased a pair of earphones, and the quality was far below my expectations. They are heavy, and the battery drains incredibly fast. On one occasion, after taking them out briefly to check a song and putting them back, the battery level dropped from 100% to 94% in about a minute.
When I contacted customer support, I expected a reasonable solution. Instead, I was offered either a 3% further discount or the option to return the product at my own expense. I was told I would have to pay around £35 for their return shipping, cover my own shipping costs, accept a 15% handling fee deduction, and bear the risk if the parcel was lost, delayed in customs, or not received by them.
In my opinion, this return policy places almost all the financial risk on the customer, making it very difficult to obtain a refund for a faulty or unsatisfactory product.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again. I recommend that anyone considering buying from them carefully read the return policy before placing an order.
