This shop is great. Husband and wife team,they are just the nicest people. The. Clothes are all of good quality,catering for everyone.

I absolutely love this brand, the store, the amazing friendly shop staff Naomi, Gemma and Charlotte to the ladies at head office and the all important Ozay. Recently i had a query re a delivery charge on my account and the lovely Angela at head office resolved my query within minutes, the ladies are always quick to respond to emails and solve any queries immediately. The service has always been 5 star. I have been a Bows customer for years and absolutley love shopping there both in store and online. Delivery is super fast! The only complaint is i spend way too much!! Keep up the good work Bows!

Don’t know about their return policy as I kept them all.

Loved both out fits I bought which was Kamila Drawstring Waist Maxi Dress and the Fidelia Frill Detail Crepe Culotte Co-Ord Set, both lovely material they fit perfectly. Speedy service too

Been using Bows Boutiques for a few years. Clothing is always of superb quality and on trend. Great size range and customer service is outstanding. Never an issue they cant solve. Highly recommend. Love their online presence on facebook and instagram. Their lives and videos are regular and they take on any feedback where necessary. Would love to shop in their store aswell but living in Scotland makes it too far. Overall best online company for clothes ive ever used!
