Tremendous customer servics
Lovely quality items. Quick delivery. The best customer service that I have ever experienced. Such a refreshing change in the day and age. Simon went above and beyond to track down the missing parcel which I had returned to them (I had ordered more than one size for choice and was returning the items which did not fit) and which had been left at the wrong address by the courier, saving me from losing a significant amount of money.
I would give them more stars if possible. I can’t recommend them enough.

Non existent service. Dont pay extra for Next Day Delivery
Ordered a Hugo Boss hoodie in time for an upcoming trip away so paid NEXT DAY delivery, 5 days later I receive an email telling me the item has been shipped Royal Mail 48 hour service & im now away! They dont bother to respond to emails but no doubt they will respond to this review & come up with some excuse to paint themselves in a good light. I dont believe the positive reviews, awful awful service

I have spoken to the customer, apologised, and hopefully made good
We sent out parcel 1 day late, and via tracked48 instead of next-day service by mistake (this was during temporary warehouse cover due to holidays)
Upon finding this error out, we:
- refunded his postage in full
- gave him £10 off his next order with us
We love making our customers happy, and hate it when something falls short of that but always look to rectify any errors where we can, and as early as we can.

Very embarrassed as should have shopped…
Very embarrassed as should have shopped at Boss. First time buyer, the 5% subscriber offer was not there. Worst of all, I bought an item, they offered free delivery or it says clearly "delivery calculated on check out" sent the gift to France for Euro equivalent, but on reception, they asked 22euro if they wanted to have the parcel. Embarrassed I contacted boxers and briefs and they gave me a story about yes but you paid less that's why and it was to cover the duty fee that is somewhere...so no, as I paid the same as I would if delivery was here in UK and Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, traders must clearly disclose all charges before a contract is made. Hiding duty fees in small print or applying them after advertising 'free delivery' is unlawful and could constitute misleading or unfair trading."
Do not shop there. I shall contact Boss and made them aware

We were very disappointed to read this review, which I do not think is very fair.
A 1-star seems very unfair for the service we delivered.
Obviously we realise that we cannot keep all our customers happy, occasionally things happen that are outside of our control, but we feel that this particular customer complaint is very unfair.
No.1: We did not charge the 22 Euro, this was Customs, which we do disclose on our website that the customer may be asked to pay.
No.2: The customer was not charged VAT, so the saving they made could help fund the 22 Euro charge.
No.3: We refunded fully this 22 Euro charge, out of goodwill, as we were told that the parcel was sent directly to the recipient as a gift, and it was embarrassing that the recipient had to pay a charge to receive.
No.4: We did not charge a delivery fee (the cost is circa £10-£12, which we paid for as a special promotion).
No.5: We dispatched the order the very next day, nice and promptly, and tried to deliver a great service.
No.6: The 5% offer was there, but it had to be earned by signing up to our newsletter, which would then produce a code for the customer to use.
No.7: The product that the customer is a great BOSS underwear set, and we offered it a great price, with free delivery, so really they got a great deal. Hopefully they feel happier than what this review implies.
