As always, no issues with delivery/quality of product etc - you certainly live up to your reputation.
I would only suggest that perhaps a courtesy phone call would be in order immediately after installation to ensure that all has gone smoothly rather than just receiving an invoice requesting payment.
I do have a slight issue as my romans probably need to be lifted just a fraction as they are touching the floor which I don't believe is correct.
In any case I would certainly recommend Brax and their service.

Excellent and quality service
Excellent and quality service, great product, reasonably priced, polite helpful staff. Our blinds were installed in the quoted timeframe, we would use Brax every time.

Poor service
Whilst I'm happy with the product the installation process was very poor
Communication for installation lacking and extremely late
Wrong brackets first time so had to find another date for installation
Installer lacked professionalism, nice but young and abrupt initially
Poor communication of payment process. Received a bill and had already paid.
