An amazing service. I was unsure on which air filter would best work for me, and so I phoned up, and had a lovely phone conversation with a gentleman. He helped me identify the best one (no hard sell and lots of great informatio), and even upgraded my shipping free of charge so it arrived before I moved house. Would highly recommend.

Great hassle free service
I had difficulty obtaining the correct filter for my Blueair machine, althought they listed it it was out of stock, they had a inform me when back in stock button which I ticked, a couple of weeks later they e mailed me it was now in stock, I duly ordered one and it arrived 2 days later. Great hassle free service.

Ordered replacement filters for my office Blueair Air Purifier and arrived next day. Also sent back the filter I ordered in error and it was refunded the next day. Very efficient service and a pleasure to deal with them.
