I was attracted to Breathing Space in…
I was attracted to Breathing Space in the first instance because of the best price for the filter I required. I ordered a spare as well to qualify for free delivery. Unfortunately only one filter arrived but after an immediate email I received an apologetic phone call by return and my second filter was dispatched, arriving the next day. I cannot fault the prices and customer service. I would definitely use again.

I bought a blue air unit years ago, it’s been best decision, breathing space have supplied me with filters ever since. I bought the charcoal one because I have installed a log burner and it did the job straight away, log smell gone and the particles trapped in the filters. Pleasure to deal with this company

Very Good
I originally bought a Winix air purifier some years back and have been getting my regular annual filter replacements. I cannot fault this company for their service. Delivery is always very prompt, and they are very friendly. I shall continue to use them and will get my next purifier from them when I need to, as this one is still serving me well.

I ordered the wrong filter and called to order the right one. I have severe problems talking to people I don't know and I told the member of staff and she told me to send the wrong one back for a refund and the right filter was delivered the next day.

I have had no update about my delivery.I had part of it earlier,but not the main air purifier. I am in work tomorrow,so I will not be back until 17:30. I need to know the delivery will be after that. There won't be anyone here to take the delivery inside the house until then. Please can you deluver after 17:30. Thanks
