Brewbitz Homebrew Shop Reviews 

Update Feb 2023: I had to get the Small Claims Court involved. Brewbitz finally offered to send a replacement piece. However, on first immediate use, it also leaked (you would have thought they would have checked this, but no as they were too obsessed with making me out as a liar!).
They are incorrect in saying it was 2 months, it was just over 4 weeks and it was unusable the first time I used it, items are covered for 6months to be fit for purpose. The new item they sent didn't look damaged at all, yet still leaked. So they then refunded me as it became apparent that this is a faulty design. They treated me very wrongly as a customer. Successful businesses respect their customers and don't treat them like liars.

Very very disappointed in the customer service from Brewbitz. On first use the fruit press leaked from the nozzle and we ended up with tincture all over the table. When I reported this to Brewbitz they said I should have checked it within 7 days and there was nothing they could do. [EDIT; It arrived on 3/08 first used on 4/09 which is 31 days after purchasing it, seller is saying 2 months which is a lie, showing they cannot be trusted. Seller also is responsible for 6months after a product is sold to ensure it is fit for purpose as per Consumer Rights Act 2015]. They told me to go to a hardware shop to get some putty to fix it with. The irony is, I wouldn't have been able to tell it leaked just from looking at it.
I spent nearly £55 with them and expected some genuine concern that one of their products wasn't up to par. They spent more time throwing Terms and Conditions at me than anything else. Further, they have also insinuated that I have done something wrong when I haven't. When looking at the packaging, there was nothing protecting the item or the nozzle in the box, no bubble wrap or anything. I would have had better customer service buying from Amazon or eBay, which is a true shame. Customers beware :(

Delivery of a bulky fermenter (and chemicals, corks, etc) arrived 38hrs after order. I know I'm a little nerdy, but my homebrew shop spreadsheet shows Brewbitz as being very competitively priced too. So, my capacity is now up to the 1/4 tonne of grapes I'm picking up this afternoon and I shall be back to this shop. Great service, thank you!

Well I wasn't expecting this. I placed an order yesterday lunchtime and it arrived in this morning's post! Fantastic service from Brewbitz and Royal Mail of course.
I can get started on the next batch of Rhubarb wine now....Happy days :)

very bad customer service my kit has not arrived initially the contact was good emailing someone called James but i seem to have been lied to i was given 2 different dispatch dates and 2 different tracking numbers both untraceable by royal mail now they are simply ignoring my emails i have asked for a replacement or money back no reply.TO 3 EMAILS
Don't trust these people don't give them your money

I used to shop around to buy my home brew products but since I started using Brewbitz I haven't gone to any other suppliers. Great service, competitively priced products and prompt delivery. Also if you ever want to check something you can always give them a call and get a friendly, helpful voice on the end of the phone. Highly recommend them.

I have purchased Smugglers Special Ale from Brewbitz for years. The service online and on the telephone has been first class. The price isn’t bad either!

having used brewbitz for a while now i have found their service excellent if there was a problem (which has only happened once) they quickly resolved the issue.they are one of the cheapest on the net. would have given them 5 stars only the choice of products isnt massive. still using them

Great prices, delivery always on time. In all the years I have used Brewbitz I have had no issues with any of my orders.
If I have any problems with homebrewing I have contacted them through their Facebook page and they are quick to respond with any advice I request.

Very user friendly web site easy to find anything you want. Excellent delivery never had an issue. For a beginner to expert homebrewer there is anything and everything you need at a very good price.

I Have used Brewbitz online shop many times over the last few years for the young's 30 bottle wine kits buying multiple at a time they really do offer a great price on the product as well as a fast reliable delivery service.
